Recall Gascon Delievers 150,000 Signatures More Than Needed To Cause a Recall in the Fall

 

The Recall George Gascon Committee announced today they had filed some 717,000 signatures on a petition to recall
More than 150,000 more than needed to put a recall Gascon measure on the ballot this fall
Unlike the recall of Newsom attempt which Newsom was able to cast as a Republican stealing the election attempt
And portray Larry Elder, an African American, as a racist white suprematcist who merited not votes but contempt
Gascon’s recall is clearly an effort widespread among L.A.’s grass roots
Outraged over his soft on criminals and wanting to give him to protect their safety the boot
Gascon is an ultra-progressive who believes violent crime is society’s fault
The criminal is the victim and rehabilitation rather than incarceration is the only way to crime halt
Under him strike enhancements of past violent crimes could not be used
After conviction more quickly release to victims being abused
The nail on the recall coffin’s to be hit on itshead
Was the video of a hit and run driver leaving a mom with a stroller almost dead
Instead of being tried as an adult, six months in a camp instead
Joined by the killing of two El Monte cops by a felon sentenced to probation when a strike was shed
Two cops who would be alive today
But for Gascon’s policy to ignore a strike on sentencing day
