Between the two promising the powers of the state and feds to end the violence of guns?
If you thought Chicago with mostly men of color shooting men of color would merit noted thoughts and prayers
You are a person living in a delusional world to believe that anyone in the MSM or politics for the shootings has any cares
In Highland Park 7 whites were killed and the wounded totaled over 31
Photos of the deceased and a Go Fund Me Account for a new orphan of a couple killed by the gun
Pundits on the air will with a fine tooth comb analyze the shooter’s past
Trying to pitch gun control and explain how his violent proclivities were missed on each newscast
And then the story loses legs and the MSM and politicians move on
Until we are faced with another crisis to upon the nation dawn
But in Chicago with Mayor Lightweight on crime fighting without a clue
The shootings and killings will go on overwhelming the thin line in blue
Nameless unarrested shooters killing nameless victims by families only mourned
As the fabric of social safety living in Chicago is shredded and shorn
