One of the cornerstones of our legal system and our rule of law
Is that the accused in entitled to representation in criminal cases no matter how badly he is flawed
If the lawyer appointed by the court has a conflict or members of his firm have conflicts the lawyer must withdraw

Attorney Joe Domansk was representing Darrel Brooks on several pending cases and after Christmas parade killings must have held him in great faugh
A criminal lawyer’s worst nightmare in a small town is to be forced to represent a man who almost all in the town despise
Who probably all have seen the video or knew one of the killed or injured and believe in the need for Brooks’ quick demise
But today Domansk must be jumping for joy
Conflict of interests have surfaced that enable him to escape being employed
With a criminal raps sheet over 50 pages long it seems most doubtful that Brooks could pay a private attorney’s fee
The public defender’s office if it exists should be called on to defended Brooks in his killing and maiming spree
If not a judge will be forced to dragoon some criminal lawyer at county public defender like rates
To defend him from the likely execution or death sentence without possibility of parole that for Brooks awaits
His defense will not rise to the level of the Simpson Dream Team
Doubtful a GoFundMe account will be started or able to bring in dollars more than a trickle and not a needed stream
Two systems of justice—one with money to afford best attorneys and experts that money can buy
The other an overworked PD’s office or a court appointed lawyer on a shoe string  budget on which to rely
Brooks may have rejoiced that a week earlier his mom bailed him out of a $1000 bond to be set free
To without fear or hesitation & learning nothing  from his long list of arrests and convictions to go on his killing and maiming spree

USC Ends Bowl Eligibility Quest in Disgrace with "F**k the Mormons" Chants

 

Coming to the end of a disappointing season for USC
With 7 losses including Notre Dame, UCLA and the Tree
With a game to end the season against Cal
Behind against BYU to end any chance for a bowl its students went mal
The stands erupted with a “F**k the Mormons” roar
Two problems--they had the proper chant chose to ignore
In many arenas on Saturdays across the nation this chant was heard
“F**k Joe Biden” for his anti COVID-19 policies most students found absurd
No sugar coating with the same message only delivered in a different way
“Let’s Go Brandon” in response to MSM announcer at NASCAR trying to protect Biden with failed word play
Fans would have applauded the chants from the USC fans
But second problem is an attack on religion is an attack that most Americans will not understand
Maybe the cancer of CRT has infected the Trojan fans
The toxic effects of CRT attacking religion they could not withstand

Smollett Trial For False Reporting of a Homophobic and Race Hate Crime Began Today

 

On January 29, 2019 a racial and homophobic phate crime against him was claimed by Jussie Smollett
Prompting a rush to judgment to support him by MSM and celebs they would now like to forget
Smollett claimed he was attacked by 2 Nigerians wearing MAGA hats who tried to him lynch
Filed a police report to that effect and despite all the evidence to the contrary has not backed down an inch
The 2 Nigerians claimed they were paid by Smollett to stage the “hate crime attack”
Police believe the attack was designed to bring a wave of sympathy from “Empire” fans to keep his career on the right track
As a black and gay he was armed with the race card and homophobic card to ward off any disbelief
Was confident that State’s Attorney Kim Foxx would give him some relief
Not to be the case as the Grand Jury held fast and his trial started with jury selection today
Not sure if he is going to take the stand to refute the Nigerians who said he paid them to put the attack in play
This poet is not like the celebs who fell for his claim hook, line and sinker
Who when the claim of white suprematcist attack they discarded their justice is blind blinkers
Even as the “victim” is black and the “attackers” and “attempted lynchers are too
If convicted the celebs rushing to innocent judgment will eat crow and rue
And given the accelerating debate on white supremacy and its effect of race relations
He should be confined to the longest time possible in prison for the dangers of inciting race riots to this nation

The Cack spread from the Cack News Network has long since destroyed more than its olfactory nerves
It has destroyed any journalistic neurons journalism needs to objectivity in reporting preserve
Its tweet of a day of mourning for the killing of 6 and wounding of over 40 at a Christmas parade
Mentions not the black anti-white racist Brooks only a car that drove into the marchers and the motive to evade
Like the left when a shooting occurs the deaths or maiming is always on a gun that bears the blame
It's only the guns that we allow into the streets whose ownership must be contained
The shooter who pulled the trigger that sent the bullets on their deadly way is merely a footnote
Unless of course a police officer or a white suprematcist then columns and minutes of rage the MCM to the story devotes
While Tesla and some other new model year brands have the ability once programed to drive without a driver’s hands on the wheels
This SUV was most likely not so equipped and needed a human being to make its deadly reckless trip
Not the thought obtained by one reading the tweet by CNN
Another way to blame away from a racist anti-white driver to spin
Cars like guns are not charged or sentenced in deadly crimes
It's the human we find fault with and who will if guilty spend time
Another time and moment for Biden to show he is a president that cares
But because the driver was not a white suprematcist Biden has no condolences time to spare
If this were a Limerick its first line would end with “from Nantucket”
And the second line ending with “having no time his message was to grieving souls to ‘f***et”
With the 3^rd and 4^th left to imagination as readers see fit
But the 5^th “voters in 2022 and 2024 voting messages to him to chuck it”

Which quickly accelerated due his Afghanistan cut and run
With 100’s of Americans and their allies left behind and 13 American service personnel whose life now done
The folly of printing stimulus money by the millions unleased the inflation beast
Still doubling down on Botch America Better to ramp up inflation and national debt even more
While our supply chain collapsed with millions in goods in containers on 100’s of cargo ships waiting to unload off shore

Change the Narrative by MSM End Black Systemic Racism Crime

 

Under the doctrines of CRT blacks are by all whites oppressed
So white oppressors when seeing them commit crime their blame should be suppressed
Those who are oppressed in the MSM’s view have a get out of accountability card
The least the oppressive crowd can do for those suffering from a life so hard
Smash and grab gangs of blacks attacking luxury stores are merely getting a down payment on reparations pay back
The police should ape the security guards and stand down when the looting gangs attack
And since these are goods needed by the oppressed to be able to survive
The use of the term looting by the white oppressors we must deprive
Change the narrative to blind us to the facts of the crimes that transpire
Embellish the acts as peaceful protests and ignore the buildings and cars set on fire
Oppressed rising up in anger to take back what was stolen by the slavery of their ancestors is not something we oppressors should fear
Instead steps taken to promote social justice and racial equality are acts that the oppressors must cheer
Since racism is a common trait of all whites and the reverse in blacks never to be found
When a black con with a rap sheet 50 pages long and a hatred of whites and Jews in a SUV runs whites over knocking them to the ground
We must close our eyes to an unprovoked deadly attack and listen to MSM tout it’s the SUV to blame

            CV USA Cases: Total cases now over 48 million at 48,978,500 with 9,392,415 active cases of which 12,248  are serious or critical, (8,599 on 3/25/2021) (back to steady decreases with upticks despite the  Delta variable to .130% of active cases and to decrease the reduction from the 29,271 peak on 12/31/2020 to 17,023, 39,586,085 closures with 798,391 deaths (2.02%) and with 38,787,694 recoveries (97.98%). Our death rate percentage is .14% lower than the world’s death rate.
             Standing: On a deaths per million population measure on a steady   but slow climb to 2392 the U.S. ranks behind Peru (5979) the new number 1 which has had a quantum leap in deaths previously unmatched which was a change in the classification to give Peru the a new method of reporting; Bulgaria the new number 2 (4040), Hungary (3501), Romania (2929), Brazil (2858) which has been hit with a rapid rise in deaths now slowing down passed by Romania, Argentina (2544), and newly added to the list Columbia (2483),  and slightly better than Belgium (2294), Mexico (2241), Italy (2212), Poland (2175), UK (2112),  Chile (1976),  Spain (1879),  Ecuador newly added to list (1839),  France (1813), Portugal (1810), Bolivia (1605),  Sweden (1483) that never closed its economy down like we did, and Switzerland (1311). 
              Tests: No need to tally tests as testing programs are functioning well.
              CV Open Gate: Lost in the pronouncements by Biden and his lackeys  that there is no crisis of illegals surging across the border is that fact that COVID-19 is alive and well and spreading in the Northern Triangle and Mexico which is  10^th  on my list of deaths from the pandemic  at 2241/M with 344,876 active cases and a fatality rate of 8.32% of closed cases and the 3 countries in the Northern Triangle in terms of active cases and deaths per million are as follows even though the data may be suspect as underreported (regardless of number we need no more cases):
                     Guatemala:  Active Cases:     1965  Deaths/M  865
                     Honduras:    Active Cases: 247,175  Deaths/M 1027
                     El Salvador:  Active cases:   13,185  Deaths/M  576 
               US Vaccinations: As of 11/25/2021 454.4 million doses,  1.76 million per day (4 weeks left for 75% of population to be vaccinated) and in California 230,653  per day  (which means at least 78% of the population of California has received at least one shot which many believe is necessary to develop herd immunity (other than Flip Flop Fauci who may believe that 90% is required).  In California 58,715,000 total doses have been given (83.4%  of doses received to exceed the U.S. average of 79.5%), California has not moved from  6^th of the 50 states in terms of the percentage of doses administered as a percentage of doses delivered to the states and at 62.8% of its population fully vaccinated compared to the U.S. average of 59.1% and has  moved from 11^th to 14^th  in terms of the percentage of the population fully vaccinated compared to other states.    
               Non  CV News:  President Biden enjoying Thanksgiving at a multibillionaire’s private compound in Nantucket thanked farmers and frontline workers many of who he claimed were immigrants (illegal or illegals?) for putting food on out shelves and proclaimed “America is back” (somewhat of a hyperbole unless he was referring to his back which we tend to see after he walks away from speeches without answering any press questions); while millions of Americans struggled to celebrate the most expensive Thanksgiving ever, many on the MSM were slamming the holiday as a promoter of white supremacy and genocide (no holiday is immune from the cancel culture of the out touch MSM!); 6 people in Waukesha would be alive and 47 would not be recovering from injuries after being run over by black anti-white racist Brooks if Court Commissioner Cedric Cornwall, who unsuccessfully ran for judge in 2014: had not set Brooks’ bail at a ridiculously low level of $1000 given his criminal history and severity of his pending criminal action:                                        

while Americans struggle with the costs of Thanksgiving, at least our troops overseas are enjoying a bountiful meal with all the trimmings; LeBron James who should stick to excelling in basketball instead of using his athletic superstar status to become a political pundit may have learned something after being suspended for 1 game for hitting an opposing player in the eye as instead of attacking 2 hecklers in courtside sides at Indiana at a Paces game complained to the refs and security to have them removed (we do not know what sin the hecklers committed but on social media LeBron has a new handle “LeSnitch”; the MSM that consistently blames gun deaths on the gun as opposed to the shooter was true to form as the SUV was blamed for the deaths and injuries caused by black anti-white racist Darrell Brooks (fortunately such idiocy generate a storm of social media ridicule); on the issue of inflation it is all hands of deck for the MSM to minimize the hits Biden and his Blues are projected to endure in 2022 by blaming shoppers and trying to obfuscate and minimize its effects (looking at poll numbers of Biden’s disapproval ratings soaring through the roof would indicate that Americans are not as dumb as the MSM believes them to be and are not buying the MSM’s snow job); the three men found guilty of Ahmaud Aubrey’s death in Georgia will now face next year trial for  federal hate crime and kidnapping charges; the wave of smash and grab thefts is not subsiding in California as 5 thugs stole $25,000 of high end purses from a Nordstrom’s in the Topanga Mall in Los Angeles, spraying the security guard who tried to prevent with bear spray (only a question of time before thieves emboldened by weak D.A.’s like Gascom and Boudin up the ante and start shooting; Americans living in cities with misguided ordinances designating them as “sanctuary cities” for illegals and suffering as a result at least can try to laugh at the symbolism of turkeys trying to ape pro illegals’ ordinance in this political cartoon:

Happy Thanksgiving 2021

 

2021 Thanksgiving

 

After a deadly pandemic 2020 year with its effects ebbing but victory not yet here
There are growing reasons to give thanks and to raise our cheers
ICU’s are shedding patients like a bad case of dandruff
Vaccines rising and new effective drugs coming to this disease into the trash can stuff
Schools are open for in class even if in many cases mask mandates still remain
Unemployment is dropping although the drop in work force participation may some of the drop explain
Our withdrawal from our longest war may not have been a pretty sight
But today no more troops are exposed to bloody and deadly fights
Two trials have shown our justice system despite the naysayers still can work
Self-defenses caught on video the jury chose to accept and  the other the jury chose not as threats of violence lurked
The nation may be divided more so than ever on CRT in the classrooms and on political lines
And our political systems with personal attacks and gridlock is sadly how it we define
But after years of bemoaning our infrastructure’s sad condition
An infrastructure bill passed to repair our potholes, crumbling bridges and ports perdition
Thanksgiving Day celebrations by some on the left may be under attack
Rising tide of historic inflation and gas prices may crimp our travel to family feasts and then afford to get back
But at least the presidential tradition of giving two turkeys from a trip to the oven a reprieve
Even though named “Peanut Butter” and “Jelly” and a possible omen will put on our plates to receive
Assuming they are not assaulted on the Big Apple streets
People will be able to watch in person Macy’s 95^th annual Thanksgiving Day Parade treat
With the concerns no longer the virus but whether the winds will blow too strong
Such that the spectacular balloon on the parade route will not belong
We have a lot to be thankful for but on the issue of unity time to take a deep breath
Time to chill out and dial it back so each political issue is not a matter of life or death
That compromise while preserving values is not a dirty word
And vicious ad hominem attacks are not as frequently heard
Enjoy the cuisine and time with friends and family at your Thanksgiving Day feast
With the supply chain shortages maybe a welcome respite from fighting the Black Friday Sales beast

Not Calling Looting as Looting Emboldens Looters For More Destructive Looting

 

Peaceful protests of blacks and whites over the deaths of blacks at the hands of police have become a common sight
Which sadly however peaceful at their start turned into angry mobs smashing windows and buildings set alight
Rocks and bottles thrown at police and Molotov cocktails turning the nighttime sky smoky and bright
Mobs flooding stores to steal and destroy products on the shelves then flee into the night
All trying to be justified by the mantra of a means to protest at the hands of the police the perceived blacks’ sorry plight
The more the police use excessive or deadly forced the more the leftist mob steals and destroys as if it was their right
In many progressive cities even when a riot has not been declared
Large mobs have broken into high end stores and stripped the shelves almost bare
Now the leftist  PC Warriors have proclaimed calling those thieves “looters” is not fair
Their acts did not occur “during a ‘state of emergency,’ ‘local emergency,’ or ‘evacuation order’
Resulting from an earthquake, fire, flood, riot or other natural or manmade disaster'" despite the labels of those wanting law and order
Since many people associate the term looting with looting by blacks or poor whites
To apply a label by presumption of race in the PC Warrior world is not right
Ignores a view of commons sense the that a large group of thieves breaking into a store as a riot qualifies
The PC Warriors want to argue like how many angels dance on a pin to divert the issue and looting deny

Given the policies coming out of the Biden Administration pretty clear they have lost their minds
On the issue of waves of illegals, supply chain bottlenecks, inflation caused by spending they are blind
Now in the wake of a Christmas Parade tragedy their soul they can no long find
After top Blues and their leftist MMS allies the Rittenhouse not guilty in ire maligned
The director of social media for the DuPage County, Illinois Blues on the Waukesha killings wrote tweet
Mary Lemanski intoned mocking Kyle Rittenhouse that “It was probably just self-defense” to the criminal charges defeat
18 children from the parade were admitted to the hospital 10 of whom admitted to the ICU
This woman must have not a shred of compassion and empathy and as to the parents’ fears and concerns not a clue
Can she have so much hate for those on a knee jerk basis the left brands as white supremacists and racists
Really hard to fathom how much hate and lack of decency, compassion and empathy could even in our divided nation exist
Fortunately after she tweeted she resigned her position as the proper first step
Hopefully before the apologies to the victims and their families who will take a long time to the tragedy forget

Left Does Not Believe Anyone Has Right to Bear Arms Outside Home

 

When it comes to the 2^nd Amendment the right to bear arms, the left abhors
The idea that anyone, especially women, would need a gun, the left is quick to ignore
They view it as a concession that gun owners do not deserve
The right to bear arms applies only if in one’s home to one’s safety preserve
But the right to use or carry past the front door like diplomacy disagreements at the water’s edge cannot be there
Home invasion robberies  especially in states where guns are often found are very rare
But gun violence in the streets is common with bullets into houses often flying
Huddled in a bathtub to be shielded from errant or aimed bullets is most trying
And if driving or walking on the sidewalk or standing outside one’s home
In urban areas one is stuck in neighborhoods where shooters in gang wars roam
For the vast overwhelming majority of law abiding Americans a gun is used to defend
Against the wave of armed robberies and violent crimes that are in a rising lasting trend
Like the American Express ad to not leave home without it
Need for a gun in a car, in a purse or concealed when the rule of law and civility seems to have quit
The left wants to create a Mann Act for firearms lawfully owned brought across state lines

Having been just released on bail for running into a woman and felony jumping bail
For driving his SUV into a Christmas Parade injuring 40 and killing 5
But for release on a low $1000 bail innocents would not be in ICU’s and the dead would be alive
To the left so enamored by “justice reform” pushing cashless bail mere collateral damage
To the rest of us another example of the left’s assault on our safety to ravage
The police have not released details on a possible motive or more importantly race
In our divided nation where the left sees white supremacists and racists in every place
After Rittenhouse trial many hoping the driver was not white

While in a Kitty Genovese déjà vu fellow passengers film but don’t try to help her escape

Faced 11 shots and with her fetus lost her life to a firearm’s deadly power
The BLM’s unrelenting attack not on blacks shooting blacks
Often collateral damage over shootings on who gets to sell the H, meth or crack

Nordstrom's Store In Walnut Creek Looted by Masked Mob Armed with Crowbars and Weapons

 

Not sure whether Walnut Creek is upwind or downwind from the stench on the streets in Feces City
But a Nordstrom’s store was attacked by a band of masked looters armed with crowbars and weapons without pity
Loading up on goods, piling into cars and disappearing into the night
With police arriving late and in few numbers to stop their flight
Totally brazen act not even concealed by “justice for Blake” signs and chants
Not an attack of a starving mob for food bolstered by anti-Rittenhouse rants
No this was the face of America with the BLM rhetoric consequences revealed
Defund the police and increase amount of theft to felony charges repeal
Only thing missing in this sad state of affairs
Was the scenes of flames and smoke rising into the night air
News article in PC mode did not disclose the racial identity of the mob participating in the attack

Nadler Inanely Rants DOJ Must Investigate Miscarriage of Justice of Rittenhouse Acquital

 Never underestimate the propensity of the left when faced with adverse verdicts to go berserk

The acquittal of Kyle Rittenhouse on all counts on a suit that never should have been brought was classic knee jerk
Demands by Jerry Nadler that the DOJ should investigate this “miscarriage of justice” are out of line
This biased leftist must be oblivious to the fact that Kyle is not a public official and DOJ can only prosecute federal crimes
Maybe Nadler was seduced by Garland’s letter to the FBI regarding parents opposed to CRT as domestic terrorists
But if the DOJ has any shred left of the need to follow the Constitution it will publicly strongly resist
The Blues want to federalize federal election procedures in all 50 states
Is Nadler’s cry a harbinger of the same move for criminal statutes we now must await
Kyle is being advised to consider suing MSM and public officials for defamation
For falsely claiming him to be a racist and white suprematcist that merits condemnation
He may have a claim and by Sandmann’s  success against CNN and the New York Times
Be encouraged by the lure of victorious settlement cash register chimes
But he may want to recover his life as he defends against wrongful death and injury claims
For Kenosha since Kyle was not an official it most likely would not be exposed unless its cops standing down are to blame
