Jada Thinks Rock Joke Is Funny Smith with His Slap Embarasses His Honey?

At the Oscar viewers must have sighed in relief
No Zoom videos of Peen  smelting his Oscars to express his grief
As his country is bravely fighting the Russians staving off doom
President Zelensky was not asked to plea for aid via Zoom
Attendees checking their goody bags to see if they totaled 130K
Then to see real outrage and drama come into play
Will Smith outraged that Chris Rock had made a joke about G.I. Jane
That Jada Smith with her bald head could do a sequel with great fame
Smith stood up and quickly walked up and sucker slapped him in the face
Then spewed F* Bombs on live TV and was not by a spineless Academy ejected from the place
Worse later in the show for his King Richard role an Oscars
That the Academy Members voted his performance as pure bosker
A tearful apology for striking Rock and the damage to Rock and King Richard cast and staff it may have caused
Like Pavlovian dogs to a high powered Hollywood star a standing ovation showing Hollywood is flawed
Jada Smith is an adult and has faced her alopecia with class
The last thing she needed was a husband making a fool out of himself like a horse’s ass
One of the videos shows her laughing at Chris Rocks joke
Probably shocked to wrath that Will chose to invoke
Earth to Academy Smith must control of emotions leading to angry physical attacks learn
Needs to complete a year or so of anger management classes before allowed to the Awards return
And attendees need to accept when behavior is an outrage they sit on their hands
Not to glorify it with an ovation as they as one choose to stand

What a Pair Biden with His Gaffes and Mental Lapses and Harris with Cackles and Salad Speak

The Bobbsey Twins at the “head” of our government when without a teleprompter speak
All too often  comes across as an oral delivery from a cast of freaks
Biden is famous for his gaffes
That used to provoke “he’s just being Joe” and producing laughs
Now coupled with lapses that are not momentarily as he struggles to words find
Growing concern that dementia is rapidly  taking over what’s left of his mind
Harris when speaking and confronted with an issue she does not comprehend
To conceal her ineptness breaks into cackles and chuckles that do not quickly end
Or she unleashes a stream of words thinking the sheer number will also conceal
the fact that she’s not prepared or her mental ineptness will reveal
Her estranged father thanks to the ruling of an Oakland family law court
That awarded full custody to her mom to his rights other than paying child support abort
George Harris her father is a legal immigrant from Jamaica and an esteemed Emeritus Economics Professor from Stanford
When he heard media comments on her Covid-19 Jamaica speech that it was “salad speak” he must have been floored
A bitter custody battle followed by a father from his children still paying support but in from their lives depart mode
Can in so many times be symptoms of a bitter ex-wife infected with a severe Parent Alienation Syndrome load
Can’t speculate how different she might be had an intelligent loving father been around
Might have been a damper on her leftist leaning ideas that seem most unsound

Over the Top Left Demands Justice Thomas Resign, Recuse or Be Impeached Over Wife's Emails on 2020 Election Fraud

Justice Thomas has been since he survived a Biden led Senate lynching attempt
A conservative thorn in the leftists side worthy of their and the MSM’s utter contempt
In a sins of the father 2.0
Because of his wife they want him to go
If he does not resign they want him to be impeached
A power of Congress that knows no bounds in its overreach
His wife Ginni, a conservative activist, was urging Meadows to use all judicial means
To overthrow Biden’s election because of voter fraud Reds thought they had seen
The left must believe that conservative women are not allowed to frame opinions and then express
Only the left can engage in political discourse and conservative women must be suppressed
Explains the double standard  for Trump Campaign Manager and Special Adviser Kellyanne Conway
While her spouse George T. Conway was an anti-Trumper who bashed him almost every day
A few saner Blue heads are calling for Justice Thomas to recuse himself on January 6 matters
Where the hyperbolic left claimed was worse that Pearl Harbor to our peaceful transfer of power batter
We know not what Clarence and Ginni talked about in the kitchen or bedroom
Or what influence if any her views expressed or not would have on him SCOTUS courtroom
She at least for now is not a party only a witness the January 6 Committee “investigating” the day wants to hear
Justice Thomas should recuse himself in any litigation involving whether or how she would appear
But resignation or impeachment demands are symptoms of insane polarized minds
Examples of how hard it is for ways to end gridlock in polarized Washington find

Will Smith Sucker Punches Chris Rock to Civility Mock Anger Management to Future Outbursts Block

The Academy Awards on life support due to ratings falling like a rock
But this year viewers in the venue and on TV received a startling shock
Already Sean Penn had been ranting that if Zelenskyy was not invited by Zoom
He was going to smelt his Oscars in public in a support protest to liven up the room
For many of the attendees who were not in rags and financially secure
Slams for Goody bags worth more than 130K they had to endure
The program was shortened  to remove 8 lesser awards from  the stage
Viewers wondering if they would see the tired, old Woke leftist rage
Chris Rock appeared to give out an Oscar for a documentary
Wondering perhaps if Penn was going to turn the venue into a smeltery
In Rock fashion that comedy is king
Can only help ratings when laughter it brings
tastelessly joked about Jada Pinkett Smith doing a G.I. Jane sequel
She’s bald like Moore with seal shaved head and the joke did not fit well
Out of his seat to walk up to Rock
And civility and proper conduct mock
Will sucker slapped him hard and returned to his seat
Launched a few F* bombs about mouths we should not repeat
Winning an Oscar for King Richard  does not his chivalry enhance
His conduct the cause of unjustified violence to advance
A sincere apology does not the assault excuse
He needs a large dose of anger management and without it his future attendance should be refused

Our death rate percentage is .08%  higher than the world’s death rate.
Standing: On a deaths per million population measure on a steady but slowing climb to 3005 the U.S. ranks behind Peru (6283) the new number 1 which has had a quantum leap in deaths previously unmatched which was a change in the classification to give Peru the a new method of reporting; Bulgaria (5320), Hungary (4719), Romania (3416),  Brazil (3064), and Poland (3043) and slightly higher than Chile (2910), Argentina (2787), Columbia (2694), Italy (2637), Belgium (2633), Russia (2520), Mexico (2459), UK (2408),  Spain (2189), France (2167), Portugal (2124), Ecuador (1956),  Bolivia (1798),  Sweden (1768) that never closed its economy down like we did, and Switzerland (1560).
US Vaccinations: As of 03/28/22   559.5 million doses, 246,375 per day last week (76.1%) of population now vaccinated  with at least one shot)  and in California 30,759 per day  (which means at least 82.4% of the population of California has received at least one shot) which many believe is necessary to develop herd immunity (other than Flip Flop Fauci who may believe that 90% is required).  In California 72,488,669 total doses have been given (83.2%  of doses received to exceed the U.S. average of 80.0%), California has moved from 12th to 11th of the 50 states in terms of the percentage of doses administered as a percentage of doses delivered to the states and at 71.0% of its population fully vaccinated compared to the U.S. average of 64.8% and has  not moved from 12th  in terms of the percentage of the population fully vaccinated compared to other states (nothing like a recall election to get Newsom’s attention and performance).
Non  CV News: Day 34 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine which around Kviv the Russians are redeploying troops from KVIV to continue attacks in Eastern Ukraine not withdrawing them as “negotiations” continue in Turkey and  Ukraine without enough missiles and planes stop or at least the decrease the quantity of missiles, bombs and shells being rained on its civilian is pleading with Biden and NATO for more than just supportive words and is demanding iron clad guarantees from “leading armies” 3 of whom possess nuclear weapons if it is attacked by Russia again in the future; n three e; Biden’s adlib to U.S. troops in Poland seemed to imply they would be going to Ukraine which they are not but later as what is becoming the Biden 2 step his announcement they were training Ukrainian troops in Poland disclosed a fact not already having been disclosed; Russia is claiming that 2 small villages in Russia near the border with Ukraine had to be evacuated due to being shelled from Ukraine;  Fox News cameraman Pierre Zakrzewski who was killed Ukraine covering the war was buried in Ireland today; the successful efforts of the MSM and social media giants to quash the Hunter Biden laptop scandal which probably helped immensely in electing Biden may be unraveling as Senators Grassley and Johnson on the Senate floor are alleging Hunter received $100,000 from Russian oligarchs and supposedly have the receipts to prove it; Jim Carrey blasted the Hollywood celebs at the Oscars who applauded Will Smith after he sucker slapped Chris Rock after his joke in poor taste about his wife; Walt Disney must be rolling in his grave as the “it’s a small world” company has morphed into “it’s a woke world” company as leaked videos show the company promoting the LBGT lifestyle and removing signs for “men” and “women” at its parks to avoid offending transgenders; in the dueling governors Newsom has attacked DeSantis for his COVID-19 policies and opposition to progressives’ ideologies in K-12 while DeSantis fired back that actions of people leaving California speak louder than words; Miranda Devine, journalist and author of Laptop from Hell, is predicting bombshells on Hunter Biden’s shady deals as the IRS tax evasion probe continues (wonder whether the “Big Guy” will be snared); Nielsen, the media data collecting group, is going to be acquired by a private equity group for $16 billion; the latest scam at universities are the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion “experts” who are raking in higher salaries than many full fledged professors while students are crushed with high student debt loads;  as Judge Jackson has been ridiculed on her inability to indicate what a woman is, leave it to the political cartoonist to suggest there is a lot more hidden leftist judicial baggage that meets the eye that may derail her nomination:

Chicago Gun Violence: Hey Jackass.com is alive and well to collect data to show that through March 28,  2022, gun violence involving mostly persons of color shooting mostly persons of color in Chicago is alive and well with 607 shot of whom 113 have died.

              2.
Smoke and Mirrors Day—celebrating an illusion first mentioned by Johann Georg Schrepfer in 1770 where an beam of light from a lantern would reflect off a mirror to appear or disappear in a plume of smoke.               5.
The Last of His Kind—celebrating the birth on this day in 1895 of Ernst Jünger who served in the German Army in World War I and was awarded the Pour le Mérite  for his service, achieved fame as an author and philosopher and served as a captain in the Wehrmacht in Paris until forced to resign due to being indirectly implicated in the July 1944 plot to assassinate Hitler. The Pour le Mérite for military service was discontinued after World War I, and  when he died on February 17, 1998 at the age of 102 he was  the last living recipient of the award for military service.
             On this day in:
              a. 1971 Lieutenant William Calley was convicted for the premeditated massacre of Vietnamese civilians at Mai Lai and sentenced to life in prison but had his sentenced reduced to 10 years and Nixon ordered him to serve under house arrest at Fort Benning and he ultimately was paroled after being under house arrest for 3 years 4 months.

              e. 2017 UK Prime Minister Theresa May invoked Article 50 of the European Union Treaty beginning the process to withdraw from the European Union.

Reflections on Mai Lai from Lieutenant William Calley:   Well, I was ordered to go in there and destroy the enemy. That was my job on that day. That was the mission I was given. I did not sit down and think in terms of men, women, and children. They were all classified the same, and that was the classification that we dealt with, just as enemy soldiers...I felt then and I still do that I acted as I was directed, and I carried out the orders that I was given, and I do not feel wrong in doing so, sir” On cross examination during his trial
“There is not a day that goes by that I do not feel remorse for what happened that day in M
Lai. I feel remorse for the Vietnamese who were killed, for their families, for the American soldiers involved and their families. I am very sorry.” While speaking to the Kiwanis Club of Greater Columbus on August 19, 2009

Will Smith's Sucker Slap of Chris Rock Highlight of Academy Awards

The ratings for the Academy Awards in past years have been falling like rocks
Too long, too political, too leftist with rants to middle America mock
Critics were blasting the shows as being on life support
Questions of sponsors withdrawing in numbers to the program abort
8 categories to shorten the program were dropped
Even some of the leftist ranting seemed to have been told to stop
But complaints while Americans due to inflation were struggling to make ends meet
The goody bags for the nominees were opulent in the 6 figures treats
But the real surprise of the evening was the sucker slap
Of Will Smith on Kid Rock which caused such a flap
Rock joked in bad taste about Smith’s wife shaved bald head
Who because of alopecia most of her hair had shed
Out of his seat Smith walked up to Rock and slapped him in the face
Tried to justify his action due to love and insult of his wife but came across as a disgrace
By the time to get his best actor award he had chilled out
Profoundly apologized but troubles over the slap continue to mount
Most likely will not have to his Oscar return
But membership in the Academy may be revoked and reinstatement in have to be earned
Sad affair but Smith reacted over the top
Poster child for the surge of violence that won’t stop

Are Blue Progressives Vowing To Fight Increased Military Spending The New 5th Column?

We are living in a time of great danger that is growing worse each day
A shooting war on the boundaries of NATO that is not going away
North Korea and Iran inching toward nuclear weapons with systems to deliver
China eying Taiwan with invasions plans that should make us shiver
Led by a president who both our friends and enemies consider as very weak
With cognitive fading revealed almost each time he speaks
Some wiser heads around him must be sounding the alarm bells
That the time is to ramp up military spending to armed threats against us quell
Blues and Reds on the issue of military spending should be coming together and differences at water’s edge shed
But the growing Progressive wing of the Blues want to cut military spending to fund domestic issues instead
More like a 5th Column than an opposing political side
They seem to be hawking a “Better Red than Dead Ride”
The world can be a dangerous place that can spawn wars
In the backdrop of nukes causalities by the millions that would soar
The progressives on foreign policy are really misnamed
Not progressive but regressing back to a time of shrinking military while the world is in flames

Biden's Budget Of Smoke And Mirrors And Taxes To Kill The Golden Egg Laying Goose

Biden’s new budget results in the largest reduction of the deficit in history touts Biden
When it comes to his record with Joe grain of salt needed as the facts go into hidin’
With COVID coming under control and people going back to work
The need for more 2020 and 2021  massive stimulus payments no longer lurk
He touted again ad nauseum that no one making less than $400k
Not a penny more in federal taxes would that person have to pay
Literally true but a total economic under his administration distortion
Inflation at 7.9% the highest level in 40 years is causing major household budget contortions
Biden’s war on fossil fuels has reduced supply to raise gas prices of the charts
Almost every pound of food and goods is in a van, truck or train that must be fueled before its trip departs
The fed has been printing money almost in pedal to the metal cruise control
No wonder Americans are running aground on the inflation shoals
At a time when China is proposing massive corporate tax cuts
Biden’s plan will raise ours to 25 percent to slam the we can compete door shut
Worse anyone who has more than 100 million in net assets will have to pay a minimum of 20 %
If the billions of expected revenue from the 700 billionaires are not raked in wonder to what countries the wealthy went
A slippery slope if people are to be taxed not on income but on asset worth
The $100 million will be lowered and in entrepreneur numbers we’ll see a dearth
Kill the golden goose that makes America unique
Flush with risk takers with all on the line to job creating wealth seek

Words Have Meaning and Danger When Biden Goes Off Script and Answers Impromptu Press Question

When Biden answers a question and goes off script
Too often we agonize to see him in dementia’s growing grip
While at NATO meeting he warned Russia that use of chemical weapons would cause a response in kind
The idea that we would respond with chemical weapons raised uproar that Biden had lost what little was left with his mind

Very quickly the White House had to implement the too often occurring Biden two step
One pronouncement ad lib forward followed by a retract to make the listeners the ad lib forget
In Warsaw he responded that Putin as the leader of Russia must go
Looked like, smelled like regime change on Russia Biden wanted to bestow
Making the removal of Putin a condition to bringing the war to an end
Will cause him to dig in his heels and more missiles and troops send
Once again the White House was in Biden two step mode say it wasn’t so
American foreign policy had not changed and Putin did not have to go

Today after unveiling his budget of smoke and mirrors
The questions were almost on what he meant the reporters wanted to hear
He lamely stated he was only expressing his outrage over Putin’s deadly acts
Not a policy to require that Russia on the issue of Putin in power him sack
Thanks to a fawning MSM with its 24/7 anti-Trump campaign
Biden concealed the dementia that was destroying his brain
Letting Biden respond impromptu to questions on issues of great national concern
Is like trying to put out a fire with gasoline as the fire first starts to burn

Remember Maples Pavilion Trumps The Eyes Of Texas Are Upon You As Stanford's Going To Final Four

For the Hull twins from Spokane revenge in hometown is very sweet
Avenging a Maples Pavilion upset when by Texas Stanford went down in a home court defeat
Not sure if Remember Maples Pavilion was on their lips
But the Cardinal was fired up to take another Final Four Trip
But for the first half the Tree
Was deciduous and having shed its threes
And Brink in the first half in foul trouble disappeared
Only to in the third quarter score ten and block any shooter coming near
Haley and Lexie were the bookends of offense and drives leading to trips at the line
Where compared to the Longhorns the Cardinal percentage was really fine
A hard fought game that perhaps could have gone either way
But the eyes of Texas were not smiling on the Longhorns today
With a ratio of 11 to 1 of blocksTexas point chances came up lame
With the only other winner before the tournament South Florida down in flames
The Gamecocks who destroyed Creighton are the only ones left to a season loss allay
Too soon to predict who escapes with a win on April Fools
To advance to the final for a championship duel
Alums all want their school to be in and win the final dance
But accolades for all who managed this far to advance
Women’s basketball is the real deal
We must never allow any chance that Title IX is diluted or repealed

Sean Penn In a Booker Like Spartacus Ape Will "Smelt" his Oscars If Zelenskyy Not Zoomed In To Address the Celebs

When it takes having a photo op moment to support a worthy cause
The Hollywood elite are masters and their efforts are held in awe
After 32 days of the Russian Bear with missiles, drones, and shells
For civilians in cities creating a deadly and inhumane Hell
Americans and Europeans are standing with Ukraine
Sending lethal drones, stingers and Javelins to the Bear contain
Humanitarian aid of food, water,  medicine and shelter in great need
As the nation continues be battered from the skies to bleed
Zelenskyy his back to the wall on the front lines with his forces
Desperate for more arms and munitions to cause the Bear to change course
Tonight Hollywood celebrates the Oscars  with stars departing from limos to the red carpet cross
While in Ukraine the only stars are the missile trails followed by explosions and more lives lost
Sean Penn thinks the celebs in their tuxes and multigrand gowns should hear Zelenskyy address them by Zoom
State his case and plead for more weapons to avoid a bloody doom
In an almost Booker Spartacus like moment “If he is not invited we should stand up and go home”
Bolstered an Academy Award winning speech as he solemnly intones
“If Zellenskyy is not invited to by Zoom be with us here
I am going to smelt my Oscars so from my trophy case they disappear”
Nice optics they will cause the audience to stand up and applaud while the killing will continue as before
Only weapons and more crippling energy sanctions will stop Putin’s infliction of blood and gore
While the nominees are looking a $130,000 in prizes as goody bag loot
Let’s hope we mere mortals flip to Stanford Texas game and give Oscar the boot

Non  CV News: Day 32 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine which around Kiviv seems stalled and likewise along the Black Sea and Aral; Sea coast as Ukraine without enough missiles and planes stop or at least the decrease the quantity of missiles, bombs and shells being rained on its civilian is pleading with Biden and NATO for more than just supportive words; Biden seems terrified of a Putin response and quickly walked back his comments that Russian use of chemical weapons would mean our chemical weapon response and bent over backwards that U.S. forces now in Poland would not be heading into Ukraine; all the social media and tech billionaires must be ruing their backing of Biden and censoring of Trump as it looks like the Biden administration wants to levy on taxpayers worth more than $100 million a 20 % tax rate on income and unrealized appreciation; Elon Musk is openly musing what many conservatives believe that another social media platform is need to compete with Twitter (many of his followers are urging him to buy Twitter and line the pockets of Jack Dempsey with even more millions instead of starting another social media platform); the toxicology report on the urine found in Taylor Hawkins body who died in Bogota this weekend revealed 10 psychoactive substances but no cause of death for the drummer of Foo Fighters has as of yet been released; Americans love underdogs and are enthralled with 15th seeded St. Peters and its guard Doug Edart and his “stache” who are now in the Elite 8 to play UNC Sunday afternoon (wonder if the tournament committee is able to look itself in the face and justify its 15th seed?); the Oscars which an increasing number of people refuse to watch because of its growing PC wokeness and leftist acceptance award slants has dropped 8 categories from the awards with ratings falling like a rock and program looking more and more like it’s on life support (with inflation killing American families and the Biden Administration’s let them eat cake response somewhat tone deaf nominees who are not hurting financially at all are looking at goody bags worth $130,000 this year); Blue Senator Warnock who is in a tight race with former Georgia football star Walker is having a fund raiser hosted by a leftist activist who has labelled Reds terrorists; as gas prices soar and the Biden Administration seems fully committed tgo not increasing domestic production of oil, leave to the political cartoonist to reveal what the average Biden voter is probably feeling:

Purple Day—created by a Nova Scotia 8 year old Cassidy Megan to promote awareness of epilepsy by revealing her struggles and successes in coping with epilepsy; on the 26th if you see people wearing purple in the U.S. and Canada great chance that they are not calling for Reds and Blues to cross the aisle and go into bipartisan mode to solve our issues facing us but rather they support the fight against epilepsy.
              2.
Celebrate Exchange Day—celebrating exchange clubs, the first of which was created on this day in 1911 in Detroit, Michigan by local businessmen to meet and promote solutions to issues facing their community which led to the formation of 3 more in Michigan and Ohio in 1917 which resulted in the formation of the National Exchange Club which now has 600 local clubs and fortunately in a better late than never moment opened its membership to women in 1987. The Club focuses on Americanism, Youth Programs and Community Service and their national program to prevent child abuse.
              3.
1988  Number 1 Song—the number 1 song in 1988  on this day was  “Man in the Mirror” by Michael Jackson as his second number 1 song of the year and in that position  for 2 weeks to join 31 other number 1 songs while 17 acts  hit the charts at Number 1 for the first time. Here is a video recording of Michael Jackson performing “Man in the Mirror”:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PivWY9wn5ps Jackson was on his musical success role with 3 number 1 hits surpassed only my George Michael with 4.

              4.  Word of the Day—the word of the day is “splenetic” which means marked by bad temper or spite which describes to a tee the person that most people do not want to spend time with.
              5.
Classless New Strength Exercise—celebrating or bemoaning depending on your political affiliation the birth on this day in 1940 of Nancy Pelosi, the first woman Speaker of the House, third in line to the Presidency, and the only Speaker to be reelected to be Speaker of the House but will be best remember for her observation that “we had to pass the ACA to find out what’s in it;” and her truly disrespectful and classless act of ripping up Trump’s SOTUS in sections as not strong enough to rip up the speech in 1 rip. Not sure if she has ever held a private sector job but she and her husband have taken advantage of her political position to make millions in the stock market.
             On this day in:
              a. 1812 The Boston Gazette  on this day published a cartoon portraying a mythical salamander like beast with a body looking like an election district the Governor of Massachusetts Eldridge Gerry had created on a partisan basis and used the term “gerrymander” to describe the process.
              b. 1939 the Nationalists under General Franco began their final offensive against Republican forces and quickly advanced as Republican forces either fled or surrendered in mass and by the 31st all of Spain was in Franco’s hands.
              c. 1975 the Biological Weapons Convention which was signed on April 10, 1972 became effective on this day as 22 nations including the 3 depositories for the treaty had ratified it and which now bans the manufacture, storing, selling or using biological and toxin weapons.
              d. 1982 a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Washington, D.C. the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
              e. 2017 anti-corruption protests were held in 99 cities in Russia which according to the Levada Association, a non-governmental polling and data analytical group which had in 2016 by classified by the Russian Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent, were approved by 38% of Russians and 67% held Putin personally responsible for such corruption (wonder what if any polling Levada has been able to do when calling Russia’s invasion anything other than a “special military operation” merits 15 years in prison).

Reflections on the pervasive urge to gerrymander:  Even in Madison’s day, the practice of gerrymandering for partisan advantage was familiar. In the late seventeen-eighties, there were claims that Patrick Henry had tried to gerrymander Madison himself out of the First Congress. The term was coined during Madison’s Presidency, to mock Elbridge Gerry, the governor of Massachusetts, who in 1811 approved an election district that was said to look like a salamander.” Jeffrey Toobin, head legal analyst at CNN who was suspended for masturbating on an online Zoom call to be reinstated after 8 months.

CV World Cases: The planet continues with cases still increasing but the increase slowing down with cases now passing 473 million at 478,924,735 cases,  59,196,689 of which are active, 419,728,046 closed with 413,591,449 recoveries (98.54%), and crossing the 6,000,000 barrier 6,136,597 deaths (1.46% )to continue the low trend of increased cases with increased recovery percentages and decreased death percentages with some plateaus, dips, and rises.
CV USA Cases: Total cases now passing 81 million at 81,574,881 with 16,686,949 active cases  of which 2632 are serious or critical, (15,517 on 12/12) (back to steady decreases despite the increase in active cases due to the relative mildness of the Omicron variant) to .0158% of active cases (back to back steady decreases despite the increase in active cases due to the relative mildness of the Omicron variant  and to increase  the reduction from the 29,271 peak on 12/31/2020 to 26,639 with 64,887,932 closures with 1,002,647 deaths (1.55%) and with 63,885,285  recoveries (98.45%). Our death rate percentage is .09%  higher than the world’s death rate.
Standing: On a deaths per million population measure on a steady but slowing climb to 2999 the U.S. ranks behind Peru (6280) the new number 1 which has had a quantum leap in deaths previously unmatched which was a change in the classification to give Peru the a new method of reporting; Bulgaria (5307), Hungary (4706), Romania (3411),  Brazil (3060), and Poland (3037) and slightly higher than Chile (2898), Argentina (2783), Columbia (2693), Italy (2630), Belgium (2626), Russia (2510), Mexico (2456), UK (2401),  Spain (2189), France (2159), Portugal (2110), Ecuador (1956),  Bolivia (1798),  Sweden (1765) that never closed its economy down like we did, and Switzerland (1557).
US Vaccinations: As of 03/25/22   559.3 million doses, 267,983 per day last week (76.1%) of population now vaccinated  with at least one shot)  and in California 34,265 per day  (which means at least 82.3% of the population of California has received at least one shot) which many believe is necessary to develop herd immunity (other than Flip Flop Fauci who may believe that 90% is required).  In California 72,454,298 total doses have been given (83.0%  of doses received to exceed the U.S. average of 80.0%), California has moved from 10th to 12th tied with Nevada  of the 50 states in terms of the percentage of doses administered as a percentage of doses delivered to the states and at 71.0% of its population fully vaccinated compared to the U.S. average of 64.8% and has  not moved from 12th  in terms of the percentage of the population fully vaccinated compared to other states (nothing like a recall election to get Newsom’s attention and performance).
Non  CV News: Day 30 of the Russian invasion of Ukraine as Biden visits Poland, ground zero for over 2.2 refugees fleeing from Russian barbarity with over half children with large numbers of women and men too old for military service, and promises $1 billion in humanitarian aid to the refugees there and a willingness to accept 100,000 Ukrainian immigrants (sadly a billion is a mere drop in the bucket and no news of further needed arms shipments to halt and declaw the Russian bear ( Iron Domes would protect cities and anti-aircraft missiles batteries would create no fly zones without any planes and would bolster Ukrainian counterattacks); Russian
Col. Gen. Mikhail Mizintsev has earned the nickname "Butcher of Mariupol" for his role in the Russian bombing and missile attacks that have leveled the town with large numbers of civilians including children (rightly name as he learned his craft in leveling Aleppo in Syria and hopefully can be located to be killed by a drone strike piloted by Ukrainians); SCOTUS has ruled pending rulings in the lower courts that the Pentagon can limit service of unvaccinated members of the military; the White House has posted a declaration praising  activist Yuri Kochiyama, who was a public admirer of terrorist Usama bin Laden and Mao and his Great Leap Forward that led to massive starvation in Red China; as a result of tax credits and stimulus payments, 57% of all U.S. households paid no income taxes last year; Biden’s new Red Line against Putin using chemical weapons in Ukraine that would result in “an in kind response” lasted 1 day as Jake Sullivan clarified that under no circumstances would we use chemical weapons but solemnly intoned that Russia would suffer “a severe penalty ”; the Ukraine relief fund being raised by Fox for the Red Cross has now raised over $12 million (wonder how many millions have been raised if any by the MSM); with inflation soaring off the charts due to government spending and supply shortages which in gas of oil and gas are directly related to Biden’s war on fossil fuels, House Majority Leader has apprised Blues that another COVID Relief spending bill is heading their way; The Nation correspondent Elie Mystal was ranting that our Constitutions was “no good” and “actually trash” because no non-whites were allowed to participate  (wonder how many slaves or freed slaves in 1787 were educated but do know that a significant number of nonwhite delegates were troubled by slavery and were probably critical in having Northern states ban slavery before the Civil War; while many on the left on under the banner of transgender rights and protests against transgender phobia applaud transgender males competing in women’s sports, many do not, feeling that it is the end of Title IX and women’s sports but leave it to the political cartoonist to portray the effects of transgender males competing as women:

Here is a video recording of Club Nouveau performing “Lean On Me”:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kbyjaUJWWmk Club Nouveau was a 5 person band that started in 1986 and is still active today although it has not had a charted album since 1992 or a hit single since 1995.                           4.  Word of the Day—the word of the day is “spiv” is a petty criminal who deals in illicit goods usually drugs who police can arrest until the cows come home but not dent the flow of drugs like fentanyl that are killing young Americans by the thousands.                                   5.  Don’t Need to See to Play a Guitar—celebrating the birth on this day in 1966 Canadian born guitarist Jeff Healey who lost both eyes due to a cancer of the eye but overcame being blind to become a successful guitarist and singer, playing his guitar sitting down with it on his lap.              On this day in:
              a. 1911 a fire broke out in the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory in Manhattan that killed 146 workers, all but 23 of whom were women and injured 76; the deaths were not in vain as legislature was soon passed to improve safety standards for factory workers and the tragedy spurred the creation of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union to fight for better workers’ conditions.
              b. 1949 in a move which appears to being duplicated in the Ukraine with families with children being abducted to Russia, 92,000 kulaks were deported from the Baltic Republics to Siberia.
              c. 1965 after the first march from Selma resulted in Bloody Sunday and the second in the death of a marcher, the third march which had started on March 21 and led by Martin Luther King, Jr. and protected by 1900 nationalized members of the Alabama National Guard arrived at the Alabama State Capitol on this day having been swelled along to the way to 25,000 to protest against blacks being denied the right to vote.
              d. 1995 to the lovers of knowledge and erroneous knowledge the first wiki WikiWikiWeb and part of the Portland Repository was made public by Ward Cunningham.                  e. 1996 the European Union banned the export of British beef due to the deadly pandemic of mad cow disease.
Reflections on Russian ethnic cleansing past and present now in Ukraine: “We should, however, not forget that ethnic cleansing, especially of nonwhite Muslim peoples, has old historical roots in Russia. John Dunlop, for instance, reminds us that “in May 1856, Count Kiselev, minister of state domains, informed officials in the Crimea that Alexander [tsar Alexander II] was interested in ‘cleansing’ (Kiselev used the verb oshishchat’) Crimea of as many Tatars as possible.” That the tsarist empire was interested in annexing foreign lands, but not in annexing foreign peoples, was expressed by the famous remark of a tsarist diplomtat. “Russia needs Armenia but does not need Armenians.  ― Marcel H. Van Herpen, Putin's Wars: The Rise of Russia's New Imperialism.

Stanford Beats Maryland to Seek to Avenge First Loss This Season to Texas

In 2021 Texas, South Florida and South Carolina were the only three
That managed to defeat the Women’s Cardinal Tree
Now in March Madness revenge chances that will be sweet
Not against South Florida who went down in first round defeat
Texas plays the Cardinal in Elite 8 looking for earlier win to repeat
Hopefully unlikely as the Cardinal kept its victory from sliding back into the jaws of defeat
On Friday the Cardinal for three quarters kept the Terrapins in their shell
Slacked off in the 4th for Maryland to close the gap but Stanford heard the victory bell
In a Montana State almost déjà vu Fran Belibi stripped the ball and drove done the floor
Jumped high at the net with ball in hand but obeyed Tara’s command to dunk no more
The Cardinal on defense had all cylinders in unison and in play
On offense hot hands alternating to keep the lead going their way
For Texas Brink needs to from fouling try harder to abstain
She can’t rebound, block or make shots while on the bench contained
Texas with  the “Remember the Alamo” cry avenged the Battle of Alamo loss
Stanford must respond with “Remember Maples Arena” to Texas hopes of Final Four be tossed
A warning to the Gamecocks--stay off the grass don’t damage or cut the trees
In Women’s Basket against Stanford much harder to find two victories victories

End the Russian Ukraine Invasion or World Blows Its Starvation Prevention Gasket

Ukraine is a major producer of the world’s wheat crop
What will happen to the harvest if the Russian invasion is not stopped?
Hard to believe with almost 4 million Ukrainians turned into refugees
And for their safety from Russian war crimes  have had to flee
The wheat crop will be harvested and packed for export
When able bodied Ukrainians are needed for defenses against the Russians support
To no one’s surprise Biden warned the inflation vultures are coming home to roost
Higher fertilizer costs here mean smaller harvests to higher prices boost
Stalin in the 30’s embarked on a Ukraine starvation quest
Then only Kulaks but now the world if Russian aggression we don’t arrest
We and NATO must increase the weapons flow
Increase natural gas exports to Europe to add to Putin’s financial woes
Each day the war goes on and Russian casualties continue to rise
Russian soldiers morale will crater over their wasted demise
If the world no longer provided anchorage for Russian oligarchs’ regal expensive yachts
And these floating palaces and Swiss bank accounts were seized how long before Putin is shot?
No more distinction or splitting hairs whether a weapon is defense or for offense
We must arm the Ukrainians with what they need and spare no expense

Biden Claims Sanctions Never Intended to Prevent Invasion of Ukraine Huh?

If we had any thought or prayer that significant lobes of Biden’s brain still were functioning there
Watching him at his press conference at NATO meeting clear that his cognitive cupboard is bare
For months his VP and Secretary of State touted that Biden’s sanctions would Russian aggression prevent
They obviously didn’t but now our mentally feeble president claims that was not their intent

Was it to the soup lines and bread lines Russian citizens to be sent?
That somehow in this dictatorial state they would rise up as to the border massive troops were sent
If sanctions were not to prevent why was Biden days late and weapons short?
Javelins, Stingers, Iron Domes, Drones and armor to on crossing the border the invasion abort
Sanctions did not work to prevent and kicking and screaming Biden on Russian oil imports was forced to relent
Thank God the outnumbered outgunned Ukrainians forces were not swept away only bent
At his press conference Biden looked frail and shuffled like an old man led by an usher trying to find his seat
His physical frailty magnified by his cognitive dementia in full on advance not defeat
Ukraine needs more weapons and the distinction between offensive and defensive should be tossed
Russians must be shown by more and more body bags that remaining in Ukraine will daily add more to their loss

Is Putin Quaking Over Biden Threat To Respond in Kind to Russian Chemical Weapons Attack

Biden as Vice President and foreign policy expert must have been in the Situation Room
Following the chemical weapons attacks by Assad on Syrians bringing death and gloom
Must have urged Obama to on chemical weapons further use drew a red line in the sand
Further use of chemical weapons against his own people would mean U.S. military action would be at hand
For months Assad returned to the ranks of humans civilized
Then in 2013 the conflict with nerve gas weaponized
The red line in the sand was blown away
Obama caved and the jets were held at bay
Nine years later as more and more intel
Indicating that Putin is going in Ukraine unleash a chemical weapons Hell
Biden warns the Russians if chemical weapons are used we will respond in kind
Doubt if Putin is quaking or fearful as the Obama Redline in the Sand warning he must have in mind
If we respond how do we do that with chemical weapons we give to the Ukrainians to use?

Do we launch cruise missiles against sites in Russia for chemical weapons cruise missiles Russia choose?
Or more likely this is more of the “Red Line in the Sand” that Putin will believe to be a Biden bluff
And know Biden will not with an in kind response respond to Putin’s chemical weapons guff
We can only pray in the Kremlin there are military generals who are sane
And do not wish Russia and the world be destroyed in Putin’s invasion that looks more and more insane
