Biden spoke to honor the 491 officers in 2019 and 2020 who died in the line of duty toll
Acknowledged what the Thin Blue Line know too well
It’s becoming a more difficult job to do and to new recruits sell
A fact that too many Blues like the Squad seem to care less
Driven by the mantra of “Defund the Police” putting poorer neighborhoods in greater safety stress
True to form Biden used the death of his son Beau
To try to empathy with parents of fallen cops show
But while stating what only idiots on the left deny
Police need more resources to the surge in criminal activity defy
Made a pitch for more dollars for two of “Defund the Police” dreams
Community policing and mental health assistance teams
Flanked by Wray and Mayorkas who was thankful for the excuse
To not be at the border to face deserved Border Patrol and residents abuse
Notably absent was the Domestic Terrorist bounty hunter
Merrick Garland that pathetic school parents are domestic terrorists affronter
