Woke Inanity Wants to Use "Birthing People" on Mothers' Day

The main problem with the left blind to the effects of their Woke
Is the result of their 24/7 assault on the traditions and greatest of this nation to revoke
On Mothers’ Day these leftist idiots want to the term “mom” and “mother” to replace
With the term “birthing people” to the role of a mother marginalize and efface
They must believe a mother’s role is only to a fetus not aborted carry
Any upbringing is not her role but that of an expanded state which is scary
First  a mother can be and often is a women who did not give birth
A woman who adopts or steps in as a step mom and fills the role for all she’s worth
Second, a mother’s job does not end at birth it is a lifelong job
To nurture, care and comfort a growing child through life’s joys and sobs
The Wokes are too obsessed with destroying our history that they refuse to read
The millions of success stories of men and women whose mothers their advice and support they chose to heed
This poet’s mother is no longer alive
Each day I miss her and memories of her influence in me thrive
Simple statements when I stopped seeking a goal as too hard and started to complain
“The dog never caught the rabbit when he stopped to piss” still reside in my brain
Teaching me how to read at three
On the works of Service passing on a lifelong love of poetry
“You can do anything you want to accomplish if you do not quit”
“God gave you a brain to use not abuse and never lose your humor or your wits”
“You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar on a plate”
“Never approach a task where your tries are only second or third rate”
Happy Mothers’ Day to all whose mothers and children are still here
Even to the Wokes with advice that your use of “birthing people” needs to disappear
