Time to Let the Grieving Families Bury their Dead and Then Rationally Discuss Transitioning

 

"Heaven has no rage like love to hatred turned,
nor Hell a fury like a woman scorned”
Has a corollary after the Covenant School killing
That should be for all of us so very chilling
“Heaven has no rage like gender transitioning to be denied
nor Hell a fury like a transgender in a biological sex forced to reside”
The seven dead bodies have not yet been buried
Their families just starting to a life of grief have to carry
Too soon to be pounding down the doors on the Hill
With even more draconian and confiscation gun control bills
But never too late to advance the idea of how to our schools protect
Airports, banks, government buildings, court rooms and list goes on with armed guards to shootings deflect
Why not schools with one or more armed cops?
Soft inviting targets now hardened to mass shootings stop
Or as a last resort one or more teachers well trained and armed with concealed guns
To stop or hold off the shooters while cops are on their way responding to calls on 911?
But there must come a time when the idea of gender transitioning before adulthood is rejected
Even in the most rabid gender affirming pros, there must be agreement teens are too young for transitioning be elected
With the Trans Weekend of Vengeance in D.C., the message from them and to them must be clear
“Choose to fight for change if peaceful but if violent or deadly the heavy hand of suppression will appear!”
