Less Than 1 Hour Flight From Baltimore to Raleigh, North Carolina Turned in to 9 Hours of Misery

Southwest Airlines is publicly traded with a stock ticker symbol of LUV
Which describes not the feelings of its passengers exposed to cancellations at rates compared to other airlines at rates far, far above
17,000 flights in the closing December weeks were cancelled
Perfect storm of adverse weather and IP failures to hammer 4th quarter financials
Thousands of passengers stranded  on airport floors
Feeling abandoned by the airline and their suffering ignored
Even Mayor Pete feigned outrage and spoke of threats
While he above the discomfort was flying in private jets
Southwest is slowly crawling out from the flight cancellations disaster
Working hard to the task of winning back doubtful passengers master
But flying although usually very safe transportation mode
Whether on business or on pleasure leaving or coming back to one’s abode
Can become an adventure not for the faint of heart
LUV Flight 3094 from Baltimore to Raleigh, N.C. after 40 minutes on the runway burning fuel on a less than one hour flight would depart
On approach to Raleigh the plane started shaking and the vomit started to flow
The flight was diverted to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina due to weather and fuel getting low
Plane landed without issues to an airport that had long since closed down
Luggage remained on plane so could not leave, closed restaurants and food vending machines nowhere to be found
Finally a LUV replacement plane landed at 1:00 A.M., luggage loaded and off to Raleigh to land at 4:00 A.M. they went
A less than one hour trip morphed in to  9 hours of travel and stranded time spent
SUV may up its win back passengers attempt
Here no vouchers, no discounts, only squat with a new group holding SUV in contempt
