Watching Merrick Garland, the head of the DOJ
Is watching blatant obfuscation to yes or no questions on display
During a Senate hearing Reds were outraged over the politicization of the DOJ
Senator Cruz asked him if any DOJ cases for the
protests outside of Kavanaugh’s home which Garland tried to dodge away
Instead he went off on response about work of U.S. Marshals to protect
Which Cruz cut him off and repeated the repeat of the question had he selected
Same refusal and same non responsive rant on the work of U.S. Marshals
Cruz sick of his refusal and tired of the stench of his rotting verbal offal
Answered for him “So the answer is no. The answer is no. Why aren't you willing
to say no? You know it's no; I know it's no; everyone in this hearing room
knows it's no. You're not willing to answer the question. Have you brought a
case under the statute, yes or no?"
Finally with Cruz unwilling to with no answer let him go
“As far as I know the answer is
no” then to the U.S. Marshals rant back
Great that Cruz was ruthless and gave the AG absolutely no slack
Who remains forever locked in a major snit fit
That McConnell would not schedule a vote to see if to SCOTUS the Senate would
vote to admit
That refusal will forever control the workings of his mind
Insuring the Lady Justice holding the scales will when it comes to Reds never
be blind
