The nightmare of the mass shooting at the campus of Michigan
State
Has come to an end with the shooter meeting an all too common cowardly fate
3 innocents killed and 5 wounded some in critical care
By a shooter who chose not to his motives share
A young black male after on the campus terror creating
Could not face the outrage and berating
Took his own life rather than in a blaze of gunshots against the cops trying to
mow
Or spending the rest of his life in a prison cell or on death row
Now we once again are left to through social media sift
To somehow find a motive to into murder this killer chose to drift
Knowing the motive may allow us to know the signs
So alerting us to an impending shooting no longer be blind
