On the eve of the
anniversary of the invasion by Russia of Ukraine 141 nations voted in favor of
a UN Resolution calling for an end to hostilities and demanding Russian
withdrawal of its forces, 32 abstained and 6 joined Russia in voting against
the resolution-- Belarus,
North Korea, Syria, Eritrea, Mali and Nicaragua (sadly the only resolution that
will have a chance is a steady stream of wounded and dead Russians heading back
to Russia). In Los Angeles, we know why climate activists no longer use the
term “global warming” instead of climate change as a winter blizzard warning
has been issued for parts of L.A., the first once since 1989; the Mississippi
Bulldogs baseball team are blessed with having an ambidextrous pitcher,
freshman Jurrangelo who in 4 innings of work against LSU Monroe struct out 7
batters in 4 innings, 6 right handed and 1 left handed in a 14-3 win. The Women
Utes destroyed Cal 101-76 probably
leaving their starters will rested for Saturday’s 11:00 A.M. game against
Stanford at Salt Lake City, who despite an atrocious start missing their first
15 shots beat Colorado in double overtime 72-63. Go Stanford an onward to a Pac 12
Championship by winning the Pac 12 Championship starting March 1. I hope you

black when he was jogging near Satilla Shores, a neighborhood
near Brunswick in Glynn County, Georgia when he was wrongly mistaken as a
burglar by Travis McMichael and his father Gregory who jumped in their vehicle
armed and chased after him. Travis jumped out armed with a shotgun and
assaulted him and when he tried to defend himself, Travis shot and killed him.
McMichael’s neighbor William “Roddie” Bryan was in another vehicle filming the

not destroyed along with the camera somehow a local attorney obtained
possession of it and gave it to a local TV station and within days all three we
arrested on multiple charges, convicted in the case of the McMichaels to life
in prison without parole and in the case of Bryan life in prison with the
possibility of parole after 30 years.
Famous Quote on Notable Events Or
Persons: Victor David Hanson, noted author and Hoover Institution Fellow on
American spending priorities: “Americans spend more money on Botox, face
lifts and tummy tucks than on the age-old scourges of polio, small pox and
