Little Yolo County in California Shows That Arrestees Awaiting Trial Commit Far More Crime if Released on Cash Bail As Opposed to No Cash Bail Ss a ra/S/srrest/c K

In California every Blue who under the guise of equity demands bail should be cash zero
Has blood dripping in profusive amounts and should be rated as far, far from being any sort of hero
In Yolo County highly rural and with a population of a little more than 200 grand
The D.A. did a study to determine if crime committed by those released on $0 was getting out of hand
The results are staggering and should make any law abiding citizen buy a gun
Suspects released on cashless bail are more likely awaiting trial their criminal behavior continue not shun
In a world where all arrested are supposed to be assumed innocent until guilt is by a jury confirmed
And trials are delayed forever and an arrestee loses job, home, and spouse while his innocence is not yet affirmed
There is something not equitable when an arrestee cannot post bail
Especially if later at trial the prosecution trying to prove guilt fails
Since D.A.’s are motivated to plea down
And loath to proceed to trial and lose, looking like clowns
We need monitors that cannot be removed or better yet imbedded chips
To allow cashless bail to those who can then from tracking not slip
Or a speedy trial needs to occur which will find either side
Probably not ready to be able to a fair trial abide.
