Finally some sanity against the Woke Wave of DEI that will
meritocracy destroy
To often when DEI is the criteria for admission, employment or promotion is
employed
The idea of seeking the best and the brightest is thrown into the trash
Sadly the effects are like hiring pilots based on DEI causing the plane to
crash
The University of North Carolina on DEI has finally said enough
DEI as a criteria of admission, employment of promotion into
the trash bin stuffed
If instead of meritocracy mediocrity is used a great risk to
end up only with the dregs
In a competitive world politically, militarily and economically a sure bet to
put us on our last legs
But the corollary to the UNC’s decision should be
From preschool to high school diploma resources to teach must be allocated in
equality
Our students in public schools in urban areas by the teachers’ unions are held
captive
Their goal seems to be electing more Blues while students needing help is
detractive
Far too many students locked into attending a school in which they barely learn
to write, compute or read
And lack the the skill to think for themselves they need
Where a diploma is not worth the cost of its paper
Chances for a job or career vanish like vapors
Forced to the trough of CRT and forced to drink
Losing all ability for themselves to think
Any chance for charter schools or school choice the teachers’ unions
fanatically refute
The proof of that observation is that by very wide margins
from donations funded by dues Blues receive the loot
Equality of opportunity because of education should be the
goal
Not Equality of result due to DEI destroying meritocracy’s role
