A complaint often heard from defense attorneys is that a D.A. can easily get a Grand Jury to indict a ham sandwich Now replaced that a politicized D.A. Bragg and a biased Judge Merchan with jury instructions illegal on their face can convict a Trump ham sandwich and toss the rule of law into sewer ditch One thing is sure his rulings and instruction would a fat bonus to his fundraising daughter insure When recusal given the obvious and clear conflict this show trial would have cured We have just witnessed the beginning of the end of our Republic and its cherished rule of law Bragg should be disbarred for bringing a case from thin air totally flawed
