RFK, Jr." Charity Children's Health Defense Wins Temporary Injunction Against Feds For Pressuring Social Media to Censor Vaccine "Misinformation"

 

Another threat to democracy which too often is ignored
Is the federal government forcing social media to slam the free speech door
RFJ, Jr. has a charity Children’s Health Defense which questions the safety of vaccines
Which filed a law suit against the feds for pressuring social media giants to censor content they deemed misinformation on the health care scene
Most vaccines have been successful to protect patients from a myriad of diseases
Some of which put those infected at severe health risk, causing life to cease
The jury may still be out on the safety for children of vaccines for COVID-19
But parents should have the right to view medical studies pro and con without a censorship wall in between
The judge issued a temporary injunction stating the plaintiffs would likely prevail
And remanded it back to a lower court for a trial to see if they would succeed or fail
Judges are usually not doctors engaged in clinical research
One hopes the experts called are objective experts not so well paid to testify the other side they besmirch
Just because one side disagrees with the feds
It doesn’t become “misinformation” so the 1^st Amendment can be shed
