Bragg Will Not Oppose Trump's Motion to Delay Sentencing Until After the Election

 

In New York City Trump was hit with a one two punch of a Banana Republic show trial
First a biased politicized D.A. Bragg the rule of law brazenly chose to defile
Ignored the statute of limitations to create a conspiracy out of thin air
Secondly managed to have the case heard by biased and conflicted Judge Merchan whose rulings were anything but fair
Refused to recuse himself to allow his daughter to raise funds for Blues
In his courtroom when it came to Trump the idea that Lady Justice is blind was through
Trump was facing being sentenced on September 18 with early voting so near
That ordering him to jail would the election clearly interfere
The Trump legal team after once again Merchan denied a motion that he recuse|
Moved that sentencing be delayed to after the election to not the process abuse
Bragg must have looked at himself in the mirror
And realizing that in opposing the motion how biased he would appear
Informed the court that the prosecution would not oppose the motion to leave it up to a conflicted judge
Who if he has any brain and does not want the wrath of history and SCOTUS will the motion grant and not it begrudge
