One would have thought that the sales disaster from Bud Lite
foray into Woke
With Dylan Mulvany would have caused American businesses to
such policies revoke
When a business ceases to “know its customers” and their
desires heed
Sales growth stalls or recedes and the company red ink soon bleeds
Harley Davidson one of this nation’s iconic brands
Embarked upon a DEI agenda that quickly got out of hand
Customers started jumping ship to seek other motorcycles to
buy
Finally the lightbulbs were turned on at corporate
headquarters and the DEI push died
Now committed to the best and brightest to hire
Meritocracy to have the only seat on the bikes and
mediocracy to retire
No discrimination in hiring or in suppliers but quotas to no
longer exist
So each year thousands of Harley riders the trek to Sturgis they will not resist
