With so much wealth created in Silicon Valley
With new tech companies created each day the amount created
is hard to talley
But in two cities by the Bay
What we see is accelerating decay
San Francisco and Oakland have become the Bobbsey twins of
progressive policies run amuck
The pedal to the decline in safety and quality of life has
been stuck
While homeless encampments, crime, drug use and filth are on
a steady rise
Business in both cities’ downtown entities closing stores
are in a steady demise
Progressive policies sounding good on paper have been a
disaster
Underfunded police forces and Soros backed D.A.’s hobbled
attempts to crime master
As a classic example, a Mini Market in Oakland owned by a
Yemini immigrant trying to the American Dream achieve
Was ransacked by a mob of masked hoody wearing thieves
With its merchandize on shelves and coolers stripped clean
Yet police only hours later after 911 call after mob had
left arrived on scene
At least in Oakland enough signatures have been gathered to
force a mayoral recall
Hopefully a sign it progressive mayor will be voted out in a
sign that voters wand to progressive policies be turned back after being
stalled
