Roosevelt's Failed SCOTUS Packing Deja Vu Which Is Doomed To Fail

 

In terms of attacks on SCOTUS the scene is a déjà vu of FDR’s failed court packing attempt
The Blues for years have viewed SCOTUS as a road block for their agenda to merit their contempt
To remove the block, Biden has proposed term limits of 18 years
And a judicial code of conduct to prevent self-dealing or self-interest when it seems to appear
And the icing on the cake
Is the removal of immunity for actions as president a president many take
The Blues problem is that we have three separate but equal branches of government
That each one cannot be forced to the will of the others be bent
When confronted with the news the Speaker of the House announced it at the House would be DOA
When Biden learned of the Speaker’s response his answer his cognitive unfitness was displayed
Informing the reporter the Speaker himself was DOA
Another gaffe, another example of his few remaining neurons fading away
