Jimmy Carter may not go down as one the better presidents
But when it came to his faith it was never broken not in the slightest bent
Married to his beloved Rosalynn for 77 years
As for both the blizzards of winter have now appeared
He is in hospice care at his home in Plaines
His wife is there but not in hospice as dementia assails her brain
A 98 he is the oldest living Ex president to grace the
American scene
The man who beat him Reagan died at 93 from by Alzheimer’s his memories weaned
He will soon pass and if despite her dementia she knows he has
gone
She probably on this Earth will not live very long
Wonder if our Embassy
had not been by the Iranian students occupied
Would he have won a second term to Reagan Revolution be denied
RIP Jimmy Carter, your legacy that counts is you really were
a great man
A man of faith and honor, worthy of acclaim in this great
land
