Billy Busch a heir to the Anheuser-Busch has weighed in on
the Dylan Mulvaney debacle
That with Dylan’s face on a Bud Light can Bud Light’s sales would
soon hobble
His ancestors he said would be rolling in their graves
They were patriotic and loved the nation for the freedoms it
gave
But being gay, lesbian or transgender is an issue personal
to the person
Shoving acceptance of that down another person’s throat will
chances of acceptance worsen
His family believed that beer drinking should be a friendly
social event
Not a time to over suds political, religious, or moral
beliefs convert or vent
The advertising executives who came up with the program were
stone deaf
How could they be so unfamiliar with their patrons they
would not know how quickly from Bud Light they will have left
You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink
You can lead transgenders to Bud Light but face on can will sales
to others sink
