Merit Garland’s
DOJ and the Biden Administration have crossed the politicization line and criminally
charged Trump for exercising his free speech and if these charges stand we have
become a true banana republic where losers are shot or incarcerated by the
winning party. The indictment from Jack Smith concerning January 6, 2021 which
the DOJ had to have approved indicted
Trump on 4r federal charges out of Smith’s probe, including conspiracy to defraud the
United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of
and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights.
Trump will enter his not
guilty plea on August 3 and one hopes that all Red candidates and the 2 non
Biden candidates denounce in no uncertain terms the trashing of our Constitution
and the blatant illegal election interference (Stalin was called “Uncle Joe” during
WWII and Biden should now start using that same nom de plume. We have
always known that American football is often a game of inches in terms of
scoring or making or failing to make first downs but in the Women’s World Cup,
we learned that in soccer or football, scoring is a game of inches as Portugal’s
Anna Capeta in the first minute of extra time kicked the ball at the American
net clearly looking like it would go in as the Portuguese stormed onto the
field in celebration only to have it hit the goal posts and go wide, resulting
a 0-0 tie game enabling the U.S. to advance to the next round. In New Jersey
while Governor Murphy was vacationing, Lieutenant Governor Sheila Oliver,
formerly the first black to serve as speaker of the senate, who as serving as
acting governor was admitted to the hospital on Monday and shortly thereafter
died at age 71. The missing Golman Sachs staffer, John Castic, last seen
exiting from a Zed’s Dead concert at The Mirage at 2:30 A.M. on Saturday, has
been found dead in a portion of a creek in Brooklyn hauntingly called English
Kills. On the War on Fentanyl front, Biden is proposing to end sanctions
against China in exchange for their cooperation in stopping the flow of the
deadly drug to Mexico where it is processed to come across our open border, a
proposal that Reds in the House are threatening to block. The Word Salad Queen
who has angrily been attacking Florida’s curriculum on slavery written by a
very competent African American professor with what De Santis calls blatant
lies has been challenged by De Santis to open debate on the curriculum (so far
the Word Salad Queen has not responded). De Santis is rightfully proud of Florida’s
economy and the fact that it is a magnet for migrants from high tax states like
New York and California but should be appalled that Central Florida is the home
of nearly a fifth of the 159 cases nationwide of leprosy. George Soros, who
with his billions, represents a clear and present danger to conservatives and a
never ending lifeline to liberal a and leftist groups, has funded $750,000 of
the $752,040 raised by Texas Majority PAC, a shadowy group with sparse
information other than its desire to flip Texas. His son Alex sadly is
following in his father’s footsteps having visited the White House 20 times.

Noted Holidays: World Lung Cancer Day: Created by the Forum of International
Respiratory Societies, the International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer and the American College of Chest Physicians
in 2012 and celebrated each year on August 1 to create awareness of the disease
and how to prevent it and raise money to improve cures for it.
Word of the Day: the word
of the day is “aristarch” which means government by the best which sadly
does not even come close to describing our bloated and check the box mediocre federal
government.
Song of the Day: The number 1 song on this day in 1945 was “On
the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe” by Johnny Mercer and the Pied Pipers
on a run of 8 weeks to share with 7
other songs achieving number 1 ranking. Here is a recording of Johnny Mercer
and the Pied Pipers performing “On
the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PNzoXLTrdVg
August 1 Birthdays: “Grateful to Be
Alive”: Jerry Garcia, noted founder, lead guitarist, songwriter and
vocalist for the Grateful Dead, who was born on this day in 1942 in San
Francisco. The name of the band was not representative of a death wish despite
Garcia’s struggles with drugs, obesity and smoking. Despite attempts to curtail
his use of heroin and cocaine, Gacia had a tendency to relapse and was in a
relapse facility when he died on August 9, 1995 in San Leandro, California of a
heart attack.
August 1, Historical Events In

1. On this day in 1993 the

it into a living Hell.
Famous Quote on the Warsaw
Uprising by Carol Drinkwater, Noted British Actress, Filmmaker and Writer: “Warsaw's historic heart was deliberately
almost entirely destroyed towards the end of the Second World War by the German
occupying troops. After the war, it was painstakingly rebuilt and that
reconstruction is perceived as expressing the nation's determination to
survive, to conserve its history and its culture.”
