10 Years For Unloaded 1760 Flintlock What!

When it comes to gun control the first victim is the loss of common sense
In New Jersey possession of an antique handgun has put a collector’s life in a state of suspense
A retired teacher had purchased a 1760 Queen Anne flintlock
Now faces a sentence of 10 years to his great shock
Loss of voting and loss of pension from the state
Unloaded, not the weapon for a drive by or lying in wait
Nothing like having the Second Amendment to be ignored
No wonder the NRA has so many members fighting for gun rights to restore
If Christie wants to become the darling of the right in his presidential quest
By pardon he should this prosecution completely arrest.
The legislature ought to at this statute relook
A gun collector of antiques is certainly not a crook.
