You Die In Buffalo You Family Loses Right To The Deceased's Gun

Interesting news coming out of Buffalo that on the Second Amendment may infringe
Certainly is causing criminals to cheer and law-abiding families and the NRA to cringe
If a person lawfully owning a pistol expires
His descendant’s rights to the weapon are retired
This a state law that has been on the books for years but not enforced
Now before the ashes have cooled and the wake ended a knock on the door from the police force
New York State must have a requirement for back ground checks before someone may acquire a gun
Or this looks like another attempt in this ongoing war to the Second Amendment shun
The losers are the descendants who have lost their ability to have the deceased to them defend
The winners are the felons who thwart the law and whose illegal ownership will not end.
