It is ironic
that on this day December 3, 1910 neon lighting was first demonstrated at the
Paris Motor Show
One hundred
and fourteen years later another NEON in wasting money is caught in the audit
glow
Thousands
upon thousands of taxpayer money ill spent
Wine, meals,
parties, all sense of accountability broken and bent
The NSF’s
record of fraud, waste and mismanagement is a disaster at best
Spending
millions on frivolous studies while accountability in total arrest
The problem
in federal land of waste
Where
billions are spent with speed and haste
Is that if
the waste is not at least a billion or more
No one cares;
no one is watching the looting at the store
Federal
agencies have proven time and time again
Their only
goal to find more and more dollars to wastefully spend
Matters not
the merits only the amount of dollars to add to next year’s budget base
Thereby
eliminating any chance to reduce our national debt or ultimately erase
The head of
NEON should be immediately fired
Along with
anyone under him with a culture of waste he has sired.
