Chop Fuey Harvard Prof Wants Treble On $4 Takeput Overcharge

Sadly we have forgotten scripted wisdom of Dick the Butcher’s insight

We must kill all the lawyers if we will ever make things right

From the high school in Oklahoma appealing to a judge to a loss overturn

To an Associate Harvard Prof on a four dollar overcharge doing an incendiary burn

We too quickly to the legal system seek to have our issues resolve

Instead of discussing an issue to the lawyers it quickly devolves

This Harvard prof wants to sue for treble damages because he was clipped

At this amount rationality begins to lose its grip

The news article indicated it was a website failing to prices change

The owner indicated the overcharge refund he would ASAP arrange

But since the Harvard colors are Crimson, the same color as blood running though our veins

Not enough and the smart and civil way to solve this mistake our prof would not deign

If this is how Harvard gives guidance on how to resolve disputes

Seems like there common sense has taken a major dilute

That may be why academia is called the ivory tower

Too high up and has lost all common sense reasoning power
