When two
cops are assassinated by a deranged man
Things in
New York City are spiraling completely out of hand
Patrick Lynch
charges that their blood is on the hands of mayor
The
relations between De Blasio and the cops may be beyond repair
The Garner
death was beyond tragic and the grand jury decision to blacks brings despair
But violent
protests incited by the mayor are acts rational men should forswear
Three hours
before the shots Brinsley was Instagraming he would give cops some wings
A revenge
killing after all the warning signs sadly ignored when will another revenge
killing spring
Brinsley was
black; officers Hispanic and Chinese on an anti-terrorist drill
In a moment
paying the extreme butcher’s bill
One wonders
why Brinsley’s followers of his Instagram raves
Did not tip
the police with a simple phone call to the two cops save
We need calm
and if there should be protests in the street
There should
be not words but demonstrations over the need to black racism defeat.
