Grandma Moses Day—celebrating the birthday on this day in 1860 and accomplishments of Anna Moses who started painting at the ripe young age of 76 and created over 1,000 paintings, at least 25 of which were painted after her 100th birthday, living proof until her death at 101 that you are never too old to try something new.   
           3. Google Commemoration Day—celebrating the creation of Google in 1996—hard to imagine a world without Google today.

           5. National Acorn Squash Day—celebrating one of America’s homegrown treats.
