New Studies Show More Powerful Legal Marijuana Comes with More Mental Illness, Pychosis and Suicide

The move throughout the nation to legalize recreational marijuana continues unabated
Concerns now arising that from a health standpoint we should have waited
The marijuana we have legalized today
Is more like THC on steroids with adverse effects on display
So much stronger than the illegal pot Americans used to buy
Not the feeling of mellow yellow but a much higher high
Studies starting to show that marijuana consumption and schizophrenia go hand in hand
Now known that the brain has not finished developing until 25—can the ingestion of marijuana its proper development withstand?
Former White House Drug Adviser Dr. Kevin Sabet has raised the alarm
Of increased legalization leading to more mental illness, psychosis and suicide as the ultimate harm
$30 billion on legal pot being spent
The vanguard of reducing efforts to the use of drugs like heroin or meth prevent
Instead of prevention of use
The goal is now to prevent loss of life through abuse
Needle exchanges and safe places to get high
With Narcan available so the addict doesn’t die
Marijuana is a gateway to a whole basket of deadly drugs and pills
With stronger pot the gate became wider to more users kill
