A year ago Bud Light was number one in sales and the Clydesdales
were trotting high
An iconic and profitable brand well-liked by its consumers
no one could deny
After the fiasco with transgender Dylan Mulvaney with her 365 days of womanhood
can
Even such an iconic brand could not the adverse consumer reactions withstand
In just a few short months it has sunk from number 1 to
number 14
A yet sales are still dropping with no end to in the near
future being seen
And the famous and noted horses the Clydesdales
Are neighing they want a new brand linked to rising not falling sales
The 2 marketing executives who were in charge of the
association with Mulvaney have been put on leave
How much further down does Bud Light drop before Whitworth
runs out of time to a turnaround of sales achieve?
Marketers now need to be most aware like Bud Light, Target, Ben and Jerry’s that
if you go Woke
Tread softly and carefully or your sales will collapse if highlighting transgenders
you don’t revoke
