The 4th of July is a day to celebrate the
freedoms we have to enjoy
It is so fitting and proper that a federal judge has enjoined the feds from
some of them being destroyed
A District Judge in Louisiana Terry Doughty has enjoined
federal officials from contacting social media to suppress free speech
Which during the pandemic under the guise of preventing “misinformation”
on COVID-19 the wall against censorship was breeched
Google, Meta and preMusk Twitter were named in the AG’s from
Missouri and Louisiana lawsuits
What makes the case so grievous is that most of the “misinformation”
banned was the truth the facts later did refute
Along with the fact that “misinformation” was portrayed as a
monopoly of the right
Who by large numbers compared to the left were hit with the
censorship blight
When social media becomes an arm of the government due to
its leaders political views
And censors anti-government position views we are heading to
a place we will really rue
A man banned from social media is a man who has ceased to
exist
Social media must be a utility that except for inciting
violence and illegal acts censorship of speech it must resist
Watch for this ruling to be appealed and to SOTUS head
A chance to render social media censorship dead
