As the
meltdown of the Blues continues over Trump’s selection Kavanaugh
A judge who
reveres the Constitution and is committed to the rule of law
Schumer and
Durbin are shaking in their boots
Knowing what
they most feared is coming home to roost
When Kavanaugh
was appointed by Bush to sit on the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals
The Blues
blocked his confirmation for three years knowing his serving would be grooming
for SCOTUS and his record would be their Achilles heel.
As an appellate
court justice he would be groomed
To in the future
sit on the bench in a SCOTUS courtroom
Kavanaugh
was confirmed 57-36 with only a few Blue votes
In almost a déjà
vu several Blues are urged to jump from the party line boat
The biggest
complaint then was that he was too young experience lacking
Now with 300
opinions under his belt his experience gives his nomination strong backing
Schumer then
as Schumer now was strongly opposed
And will pull
out all stops to be an obstructionist foe
It is so sad
that since the Swamp has degenerated into partisan gridlock
SCOTUS has
been urged to solve issues by approving Executive Orders or by having them
blocked
Not what the
founding fathers when they drafted the Constitution had in mind
The court is
supposed to interpret not draft and must be party blind
