Four Eagles Taking An AP Bio Test Exam

Whenever someone decides to complain
That our public high  schools have gone down the drain
With students tuned out occupying desks, only marking only time
With degrees that worthy in a job search only nickels and dimes
Time to come to a Starbucks and see three juniors and one senior college bound
In a study group taking a Bio AP class test with hard answers to be found
Jaily and Yvonne hard at this test exam work
With a poet suggesting a Stanford try should lurk
Jaily enticed by a poem about the Northern Lights
An Yvonne anxious slant the admission prcess by seeing the Juneau High School sights
Excitement not over new parties to attend
But the sense of the craving for knowledge that does not end
Brings back fond memories when this poet was to Stanford about to be bound
The world waiting for the next great engineer to be crowned
The future for this nation due to the future efforts of these students will be bright
None to accept mediocrity without the most strenuous fight
Estancia High Eagles may not be Exeter but the hunger for knowledge you can feel
Confident that a successful future for these four will be revealed
None are academic nerds but all with a sense of humor with laughter to be heard
A safe be that all will be distinguished from the complacent do not be challenged herd
