Drug War In Rural Ohio?

The news out of Ohio was pretty gruesome and chilling
Eight family members at four sites set up for a planned killing
All asleep with pleasant dreams swirling  their heads\
In a moment all no longer here shot in the head
Including a mother of a baby only four days old
Never again to know the joys  of a nursing baby to hold
No suspects but evidence of weed grown at three death sites
Was this the Chicago equivalence of a drug turf war fight?
Rural communities are supposed to be from gang wars spared
No wonder surviving family members and neighbors are scared
The silver lining in this event of tragedy however slight
Is that the police are urging civilians to arm themselves in case of a fight
As opposed politicians demanding more gun control
And asking for prayers for eight departed souls
