Potential Car Jacking Victim Shoots Attempted Car Jacker Dead With His Own Gun When Fails To Know How To Start a Push To Start Car

 

Across the nation carjacking is by leaps and bounds on the rise
The glimmer of hope is sometimes the carjackers are not very wise
A case in point that comes as little surprise
And fortunately for the victim led to the carjacker’s demise
The victim and her friend in Las Vegas pulled up to a friend’s house for a pre-Thanksgiving meal
When two thugs in a car in front to the car try to steal
Pulled her and her friend out of their seats but could not a push to start car start
And was dumb enough to put his gun in his lap as the victim grabbed it and ran to depart
She was tackled and the thug would not let go
She turned and with his gun shot him in a deadly blow
She ran and hid as the other suspect shot and fled as the police arrived
She is one lucky quick thinking almost a victim lucky to be alive
A post script to this tale
That shows how criminal justice system for victims’ fails
2 weeks later from surveillance cameras a multiple charged felony suspect was arrested and is now in jail
Being held on a mere $50,000 bail which by paying $5 grand he posts and keeping a likely repeat offender waiting trial off the streets fail
