December 28 Ridley's Believe It Or Not

The winter storms have raised havoc with the nation’s air traffic system with thousands of flights cancelled and many more subject to long delays but normal flight operations are starting to resume with only 2,860 cancellations already logged for Wednesday flights departing within, to or out of the United States as of 3:20 p.m. ET, but some 2,509 of them have been cancelled by Southwest Airlines raising the ire of Mayor Peter as Secretary of Transportation. For those celebrating the 3rd day of Kwanzaa and Ujima (collective responsibility) and for those declining numbers still without power, the 2nd red candle lit will further lighten the darken rooms.  I hope you enjoy today’s Ridley's Believe It Or Not  and find it worthy to read and if not reply “Unsubscribe” to be removed.

That has restricted 4.2 million acres of forest from development, leading to the loss of 30,000 lumber-related jobs and the annual loss of 1.1 billion board feet of lumber. This has driven up the cost of houses by at least $4,000 each. In addition, regulators ordered a Kansas City bank to install a Braille keypad on its drive-through automatic teller machine, presumably to aid any blind drivers. The list goes on and on.”
