A dog may be a man’s
best friend
Linked together with humans a dog shares a similar trend
As the nation fills up its pediatric wards with kids laid low with the flu
Disturbing news on the viral wars front is that dogs can get
it too
Dogs coming down with the doggy flu are in for a world of
hurt
Not a lot of treatments available for the vets to try to assert
But there is a silver lining that dog owners should follow
And unlike the Fauci myths on COVID protection that rang hollow
There is a doggy flu vaccine that will protect one’s canine friend
Bringing the chances of infection to a more certain and
quicker end
Whereas some humans have rejected COVID vaccinations on
religious grounds
Dogs do not bark for a 1st Amendment right when
the virus is going around
We can only hope that dog owners don’t insert their
religious views in front of the needle
To prevent vaccination of his pet be it a lab, colly,
Maltese, Doberman, poodle, or beagle
