Judge Edelman Nominated to D.C. Court Who Released on an Ankle Monitor A Thug Who Then Shot and Killed a 10 Year Old Has Nomination Expire

Finally some common sense shown in the Blues in the Senate on judicial nominations
D.C. Superior Court Judge Edelman nominated to the District Court was facing Red condemnation
In a case before him he released misnamed Christian Wingfield whose trial, he awaited
For illegal possession of a firearm on an ankle monitor and a warning to criminal activity be abated
With police undermanned and overworked not sure if his movements were tracked
But shortly to prior criminal activity he was once again back
Went to of all places a “End violence rally” armed with a gun
Shot and killed a ten year old there whose life had just begun
A week prior to Edelman’s release another judge more astute
Denied release as a threat to the community of a thug willing to again shoot
Senator Blackburn on the Senate Judiciary Committee raked him over the coals
A 10 year old is dead and he was expecting a promotion to achieve financial security goals
The Committee never brought his nomination to a vote
Which means at least one Blue would a negative ballot devote
The nomination has now expired so the question remains
With a 51-49 Senate is Biden smart enough to from renomination refrain?
