Too
many states are flouting the Janus decision requiring the consent of union
workers to pay dues
By
threats, intimidations, convoluted hoops to leave they are forcing union
members to sue
The
cash cow for Blue members has been put directly at risk
Blue
campaign contributions will be reduced or may cease to exist
No
worker should be required to have union dues spent on candidates or issues with
whom or which a member disagrees
A
form of extortion and violation of the first amendment that should us all
displease
If
unions stuck to benefits and working conditions and distanced from political
campaigns themselves
More
members may well want to be a member and remain on the union shelf
Too
often public service unions have used dues to keep public officials in their
pocket
Higher
contracts that public officials desperate for contributions to stay in office
are spineless to block it
