The idiocy of the Safe-T Act in Illinois today goes into
effect
The only safe provisions are those for criminals who the law
choose to reject
Cash bail was to be eliminated until sanity prevailed and
the Illinois Supreme Court said no
But the law limits the ability to determine if arrestees are flight risks into
hiding go
Worse if a judge orders release with an ankle bracelet and to the home confines
The felon gets a 48 hour head start to leave before an escape is defined
Trespassing has been lowered from an arrestable offense to only a citation
Raising the great question of how a home owner can remove an intruder from one’s
habitation
The state legislators probably with police protection and
residences that are secure
Are clueless of their first obligation to the citizens of the state to their
safety try to secure
if the police, judges and D.A.’s not seduced by Soros’s donations are
handcuffed in the efforts to prevent violent crime
Watch for citizens either leaving or arming themselves and turning Illinois
into the Wild West times.
