EPA Do As I Say Not As I Pollute

When it comes to a federal agency that fits the paragon of being rogue
The EPA would top the list and would certainly in the classification be in vogue
From its ineptness in dumping millions of gallons of water with toxic metals laced
A yellow marine road, an environmental disaster worthy of complete disgrace
To its war on coal that is costing jobs and our utility bills will send into the stratosphere
To cooking the books on benefits versus costs to spread rightful fear
To avoiding toilets in their Denver office and crapping in the halls
To a needed life saving road in a remote village in Alaska stall
Now we learn that this rogue agency has been fining a Wyoming rancher $37k a day
Not for dumping like them toxic wastes into a vital waterway
But building a state permitted pond to provide water for his livestock
This victim of the EPA’s heavy hand has filed suit to their overreaching block
Hope he prevails but if not, another reason to any Blue to the presidency not elect
Time for the EPA’s war on business and crippling regulations to reject
