Letitia James the New York AG ran on a platform solely to Trump get
The idea that Lady Justice is blind if she ever knew she on Trump chose to forget
Charged with overstating financial statement to bank loans receive
To defraud the banks to greater loans from the banks achieve
The statute does not require intent to defraud
Only financial statements which are found to be flawed
No right in the statute to request a jury trial
Only an elected judge seduced by Letitia James biased anti-Trump bile
Trump took the stand despite the judge already intoning “I don’t believe a word you say.”
This Democrat judge  probably was jumping for joy
At the chance to Trump’s election chances destroy
Financial statements are on value not the last or the correct word
To believe that when the buyer with his offer determines value is absurd
Trump’s legal team must be hoping the record of prosecutorial and Judicial bias is clear
And any judgment against Trump will be reversed when before an Appellate Court it appears
But with his personal attacks on the judge, his staff and prosecutors he runs the risk
In revenge, the court will find no grounds for reversal exist
