Another mass shooting today;
this one was in Allen, Texas at the Allen Premium Outlets where the gunman shot
and killed 8 shoppers and wounded 7 others, 3 of which are in critical
condition before police were able to shoot and kill the shooter. On the
transgender front former UFC fighter Jake Shields has posted a challenge to
fight the “toughest transgender” men Mack Beggs, a biological female from Texas
who has transitioned has accepted that challenge with a vow to “f**k you up
(this good be interesting if this actually takes place and may shed light on
how hormone therapy alters biological performance). 2 horses were euthanized
before today’s Kentucky Derby which was won by 15-1 favorite Mage, bringing the
total number of dead horses at the track to 7 raising great alarm and
consternation. King Charles III was coronated today along with Camilla as the
Queen consort but the major news was that Prince Harry arrived for the
coronation but as soon as it was over left to fly back to his wife Meghan Markle
in another snub to the royal family. At a California Reparations meeting today
Activist Tony Pierce was in ranting form, demanding that the reparations for each
black be increased to $200 million which is insane and demanded down payments
starting now until the total is calculated and the institution of cashless bail
(wonder if the Japanese Americans who were incarcerated in concentration camps
with armed guards and thanks to Ronald Reagan each person so interned, not a
descendant who was not, and received $20,000 are wondering why they in
comparison were paid so little); Bronny James, the son of LeBron James has
committed to go to USC to play basketball. The Lakers crushed the Warriors to
lead their series 2-1 and the Celtics are in the same position against the 76’s.
In Chicago, some gay bar owners upset with Budweiser’s perceived abandonment of
to the LGBTQ community in the Dylan Mulvaney brouhaha are boycotting Budweiser
products. While black protestors in NYC are threatening retaliation for the
subway killing of a black homeless passenger by a Marine who applied a choke
hold, in Tulsa a homeless black, Carlton Gifford, went into a public library and
shot a white patron in the head and then went to a nearby convenience store and
repeated the act followed up by shooting at security guards to be arrested and
charged with murder and Oklahoma’s hate crime equivalent statute. California
which used to be known as the Golden State should now be known as the homeless
state as 1/3 of the nation’s homeless and 1/2 of the unsheltered homeless live in this
state.
