In
the 50’s in Northern Idaho the roads had poetic signs on Burma Shave
Catchy
lines selling the close shave that the product always gave
Not
in rhyme but with messages to call to arms
“Impeach
Earl Warren” before his decisions do great harm
Don’t
forget to “take the U.S. out of the UN”
Not
if but demanding a sooner when
To
the north, the Aryan Brotherhood spewed out its right wing hate
With
the John Birch Society to do everything to prevent us from becoming a Communist
state
Students
were exposed to the Communists as Masters of Deceit
Who
would go to any length to gain power by lies or by cheat
Ruby
Ridge and the Aryan Brotherhood have now faded away
But
the need to protect private property is here to stay
No
surprise that when the rest of the country met burning and sacking
Coeur
d’Alene was a peaceful oasis with many citizens packing
To
try to burn down the shops on Sherman Avenue or 3rd Street
Antifa
would have had to have had a death wish as armed violence it would meet
Defunding
the police is an idea that really needs to be shelved and dismissed
But
if it occurs in Coeur d’Alene, the residents would still live in bliss!
