Rumble in the Jungle Political Style

Midnight In Georgia for the Blues?
Georgia is witnessing the political equivalent of the rumble in the jungle as 17 vie for Price’s former seat
Blues trying to regroup have poured in $8 million to support Jon Ossoff to try to the Reds defeat
High stakes for a party trying desperately to regroup
Trying desperately to rally its dispirited base, to rally its troops
Trying to make the race a referendum on Donald Trump
Hoping against all hope that the voters will the Reds dump
With $8 million and only 5 Blues running and 11 Reds splitting the Red vote, Ossoff should place first but with less than 50 percent of the vote
Which means a run off with one Red and one Blue and a different result with the Blues unable to breach the Red moat.
If Ossoff fails to win the Blues will continue to spiral in disarray losing spin
But if he wins it will be a wakeup call to Trump to focus on jobs, tax cuts and security that were keys to his election underpin
