In
a world where one gets flack for eating too much beef
Where
too much cholesterol can bring some cardiac grief
There
is a place in Irvine where you can on occasion break the dietary rules
With
fork and steak knife culinary tools

de Brazil in Irvine is definitely the place a meat eater should go
Where
a plethora of meats a bevy of servers will quickly bestow
One
cannot eat fast enough to keep up with the filet mignons, sirloins or flanks
Or
ribs beef and pork or the sausages with service you could take to the bank
Tex-Mex
may be fine
But
Tex de Brazil in Irvine blows one's mind
A
dinner there means time for cholesterol lowering salmon oil
As
engorging on beef and pork can on the heart take its toil
Maybe
why they also serve lox
A
way to ban the cholesterol pox
