Ovation At Irvine Barclay Theater

Sunday at the Irvine Barclay Theater to display

The fusion of music and dance to display

A Ballet called Ovations performed on a stage

With ballet movements with music to engage

Floating through the air

The performers ’grace with the audience to share

Snowflakes and rain seemed to be on  the stage

Heralded by balletic moves and music seemed to range

If on skates the performers would have soared to the skies

But with the laws of gravity they still defied

Music, dance, movement fused into one

Ovations was a performance to which the accolades should to want to run

An admirer blessed with a ticket from a ballet fan

Enthralled to be part of this cultural oasis land
