In January almost no cases and no caskets
We were still enjoying fruits of bounty of our economic basket
Hindsight is great when you want to cast shame
Look not to Trump for this pandemic to blame
If any blame look to Obama medical supply cupboards bare
How many more would have been infected or died
If flights from China and Europe he had not denied?
Never know for sure how many more coffins and beds we would have had to fill
Probably in the tens of thousands from Chinese and Europeans already asymptomatic but ill
Better to unite to move forward as one with burdens to share
I am taking my 73 year old face to find a KAG mask
Hope divisions stoked by MSM do not keep us from virus fighting task
