COVID-19 Tightrope To Cross

This COVID-19 virus thanks to the Chinese that has landed on our shores
When it comes to party, religion, occupation or past service ignores
A former Stanford President of where the “Winds of Fredom blow”
At 88 with accomplishments beyond count was laid low
Phil Khan a World War II vet flew in the Pacific and won a Bronze Star
His twin died in Spanish Flu and at 101 his future life was barred
No one exposed is safe but many survive
Now the great debate is how can we while it’s still there our economy revive?
In the U.S. we are partially opening with tiny baby steps
Hopefully like wearing masks, social distancing and washing we don’t forget
This will not be for us an easy road
Even less so with TDS in the MSM on full load
Really time to unite as one
With testing, masks, washing and social distance to the max be done
While doing the most to by all means protect those that we need to go back to work
There has to be ways to restructure to minimize the CV danger that lurks
A tough tight rope to walk slowly across
Saving lives while saving total economic loss
