City of Brawley Settles Rape Case by Brawley Officer Who Took DUI Driver Home and Raped Her

 

When the Thin Line of Blue crosses the line
No longer a sworn officer to protect and preserve
Impossible to outrage from the citizenry and victim confine
A Brawley officer Valdez saw a DUI driver swerve
Arrested her for DUI and put her in his police car
One more driver who could have killed his action did bar
But Valdez must have imagined he was the new porn star
So instead he took her home and when she awoke he was pounding away like a drunken tar
Maybe he had radioed in the stop
And the office would know of a DUI citation by a cop
So as he left the abused women on the bed he let the citation drop
She was quick to claim rape and rape technicians recovered from her his semen slop
He claimed the sex was consensual despite her high BAC
Hard to consent if you are passed out after a drinking spree
Valdez was put on administrative leave and charged with rape and burglary
For reasons not disclosed charges were dropped so he would go free
But not the Brawley city treasury
To settle the victim Jane Does Civil Suit for Valdez’s actions so beastly
A payment of one million bucks paid to her the parties did agree
Reminder that dressing a reptilian brain as a cop does not end its depravity
